Property was very worn and dirty. Carpets are stained. Holes and tears in bedding and curtains. Lots of rust and damage to doors in the bathroom.
Showed up in the evening and person in front sidnt even have a uniforn . Was sitting in lobby with sweatpants didnt k ow if it was employee or not.
I will give the good and the bad. I will start with the good because that won’t take long. This property looks better on the outside. It’s relatively inexpensive..but you get what you pay for. It was reasonably clean. Now the bad. The room furnishings are fairly old and tired. The 80s called and want their furniture back. The room lighting is awful..so dim. Lampshades were bent. Fabric coming off the desk chair. Tub enamel was chipped. Towels were barely there. Sheets and bedding need to be replaced and updated. Housekeeping doesn’t clean your room everyday. We had to ask the front desk twice for fresh towels before someone brought them. We checked out early in the morning and there was no one at the lobby front desk apparently. My husband even walked behind the desk calling out for help but no one responded. We thought because of the Wyndham association it would be better-so disappointed! Bottom line: Would we stay here again? No! But you get what you pay for!
Super dirty don’t recommend at all! Avoid at all cost.

We ended up checking out of the hotel after the first night because we were not pleased with the standard of the room and the fact that the property was so poorly lighted. Additionally, they were not serving breakfast, contrary to their standard. How do I get reimbursed for the two unused nights?

Our stay wasn’t bad overall, but we stayed in on the bottom floor next to the exit door and people were making so much noise throughout the entire night. They kept slamming doors, we heard a puppy barking and people talking very loud in the hallway. There was just a lot of noise happening in the middle of the night. Other than that, our 1 night stay was ok.
Outside was acceptable. Staff was not helpful. Advertise for free breakfast, not! Not even a tea bag for hot tea. Room had broken, hanging off, lamp shade. Empty box of Kleenex left on sink. Very disappointing.
The room was clean and the bed was on point. I had issues with the clerk. He was rude and didn't help with the a booking issue.

I liked the open fitness center. Price was reasonable. Location was convenient. Brenda at the service desk was very hospitable. We did not like the fire alarms going off on three separate occasions between 3/7/21 and 3/12/21. One was in the middle of the night, one was 9:00 p.m. 3/10 requiring evacuation, and the third one was in the evening which lasted about 3 minutes. This sound is DEAFENING and causes permanent HEARING LOSS. Drains were clogged and drained slowly. The toilet had black lines under the rim. The corners of the shower were dirty. The mattresses were very comfortable. The pillows were not. The linens were clean but not white; grey in color. We liked being able to see our car from our window. On 3/7 between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m. there was loud door slamming repeatedly. There were many dogs visiting the motel but there was only one barking heard. The dogs were better behaved than the people!!
