This 2200 Sqf home includes 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Both the Living room and master suite have Smart TV's which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. Includes a game area with arcade, ping pong table and air hockey table. Includes a luxurious swim spa (combination of a swim pool and hot tub which gets hot and jetted) in the 2nd floor's deck with an open view to the nature surrounding and chill area to get your tan on. Plenty of free private parking is available and a BBQ area.

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. You will have plenty of private parking. You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids plus more shaded area for BBQ.

Close to Loop 1604 and I-10. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

Please note -
- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- No events please. Unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool is a swim spa - A combination of Hot tub and pool and it gets hot and jetted.
- Pool will be open on March 1st 2024 and from that point it will be open all year long.
- Pool Size is 14 feet long and 4.5 feet deep.
- Pool will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat the pool, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take 2-3 hours for the water to heat.
