La Familia Retreat offers 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and abundant indoor and outdoor entertainment. Whether you're relaxing poolside, hosting a family BBQ, or watching a movie under the stars, every corner of the home is designed for comfort and connection.

On the main level, you’ll find the master bedroom, a serene and private suite featuring a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, with direct view to the backyard and pool for easy relaxation. The living room is spacious and inviting, with cozy seating and a large TV — ideal for family movie nights or casual lounging. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with modern appliances, island seating, and a large dining table, perfect for gathering over shared meals.

The media and game room, also on the main floor, is a true highlight for guests of all ages. It features classic arcade machines, a PlayStation 5, an Xbox, a foosball table, and a ping pong table — offering hours of fun and friendly competition. You can enjoy all of it with some popcorn from the vintage Popcorn machine. Nearby, the dedicated board game room is filled with a variety of board games, books for both kids and adults, and toys, making it a cozy and creative space for play and downtime. The laundry room rounds out the main level with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.

Upstairs, the home features three additional bedrooms.
