Its just a great space to gather and spread out as well as feed and sleep groups in privacy and comfort. Your entire group will be comfortable in this spacious home and the best thing about it is the hilltop views from your patio or balcony. Pictures cannot begin to describe the entertainment space of this home and views..


The Space:
This unique home on over an acre is perfect for wedding accommodations, family or friends' reunion and even company retreats, meeting or training space with plenty of parking too. (added charge for events)
Downstairs is a 4-bedroom Main Villa with large gathering areas in the big game room (pool table included), the living/dining room as well as covered patio areas. Great for company meetings or for family reunions.
Nicely updated fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms and a huge master suite sleeping 12 - 14 guests.

Upstairs, which can be accessed separately from the main house, are two independent 1
Bed; 1 Bath, equipped kitchens and living room apartments for the whole family or even a friends' retreat. These two apartments are event equipped with their own washer & dryers and each sleep 4 - 6 guests.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the main house as well as two upper apartment units. Access to the tiny storage shed onsite is for supplies. Inquire about rental use of the Horse Stable.

added charge of 15$/day for Guests over 14 in number At times we may have One or Two RV parked onsite on the side yard property for storage purposes only. We will give advance noticed should we need to arrange to come onsite to retrieve them.

Reunion in San Antonio

The home was a great fit for our large family. Lots of bedrooms. Nice gathering room adjacent to the kitchen. Electronic security gate that you could close once you drove onto the property. The two separate apartments on the second floor were bigger and nicer than we had imagined from the listing. The location of the property was less ideal to all of us than the pics in the listing suggested—as there actually is a very busy road 40 feet behind the house adjacent to the property. The property manager was excellent to work with. We would definitely stay there again— especially because of the unique feature of having three separate living areas in one house.

Family Reunion - Would rent again!

We had a small family reunion and this property was perfect for our party of nine. The number of beds and bathrooms meant everyone was comfortable and didn’t have to fight for space. The kitchen allowed us to cook every meal with ease. I have stayed in multiple VRBO rentals and this had by far the easiest and most convenient check-out process. As a traveler this was greatly appreciated and added to the benefits of this location. Everyone agreed that we would stay here again!

Family gathering success in San Antonio

The house is great for a family gathering. There are two independent apartments in addition to the bedrooms on the main floor. We had some issues with the shower in one of the rooms that the owner is fixing but the location worked well for us. We had 10 adults and 9 kids and had sufficient room. It isn't fancy but it is nice.

Great Family Reunion Spot

We had a recent family reunion there and the space worked out great for us. It was nice that we all fit on one property so there was no driving between different homes and no one missed out on any activities. The property is gated which was great to be able to let the kids have free time to play outside and know they couldn't wonder off. The yard around the house provided lots of room for the outdoor activities we had planned. Our host was great about answering any questions we had leading up to and during our stay.

Great for Large Group

Very nice house with 4 BR downstairs and two separate apartments upstairs. Check-in was easy and communication with host was great. Located in a rural area, so no restaurants or shopping within walking distance, but restaurants and shopping are just minutes by driving away. About 20-30 minutes from all the downtown fun and airport. The house had lots of seating and the beds were comfy. Everyone in our group of 19 enjoyed the stay.

Charities retreat - planning meeting

The house met our needs related to number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The den, dining and kitchen accommodated all 11 of us well. Upon arriving we were concerned the refrigerator was not cooling. We had to wipe down the refrigerator and freezer before unloading groceries as it was dirty. Overall it serves us well and we were comfortable.
