Days inn is a nice hotel close to base with an outdoor pool. The rooms have their own air conditioners and spacious showers. Definitely worth staying there

The room was good ,but the bathroom was kinda dirty (ie walls were dusty the tub n shower were dirty) We stayed 4 days and the 3rd morning we woke up to roaches crawling out of the clock.

Nasty, filthy, dirty. Do not make reservations at this dump.

Had to wear shoes in the room or the carpet turned your feet black, had to shower in the dark with phone flashlight after clerk was notified is was broke, mold all over bathroom, when you walk in the smell of mildew is overwhelming! They took out the dirty towels but never replaced them, and we had to request towels every night, which they had the security guard bring. There were bugs in the room! Even after telling them about all of these issues, they did nothing to make it right!

No hay suficiente personal ..desayuno bastante lento ...solo una persona para atender a muchos clientes. ...

I recently stayed for a trip, was not impressed with the room. Mildew was covered with paint, the iron didn't work, and some of the lights didn't work. We had other family staying at another hotel for $6 more a night and it was nice , so we went over there to get into their hot tub and pool.

The staff were friendly but that's all I have to say that's positive. Since its was just me in town for a competition, I really did not mind the mold in the shower, the hard squeaky bed, or the base board coming off the wall in multiple spots. If my wife and kids were with me I would have left and stayed somewhere else. I hope they get on their cleaning and maintenance game

Quiet and easy access to highways. Just a lil outdated but other than that it was fine

Just a note. If you are going to Air Force BMT Graduation on a budget and want to be close to the base this motel will due. The staff in the lobby were very accommodating.

My sisters bed had bed bugs and the manager didn't seem to care too much. The worker on duty when we arrived was very helpful on the other hand. He gave me good advice about our activities without me needing to ask.

This is an old motel. The maid couldn't speak English, and she did an ok job. The office staff were great. We were there for Air Force Graduation so we weren't in the room that much. there isn't that great of restaurants close by, but was ok. To finish this survey, I have to fill out would you recommend this hotel to a friend. I'm not sure if I would or not. But there isn't that option on the survey

Paying $ 25 for our little pet was just too much, esp. compared to other places we stayed at. A bit hard to find the motel at night when we arrived. The receptionist was very friendly.

The hotel was in a good location, about 15 minutes from Seaworld. It was convenient and well priced, but the rooms were dirty. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel was OK except for the fact that the internet did not work properly. The location is what makes it ideal; it is perfect for anyone who needs to be right next to Lackland Air Force base.

We have stayed at this hotel on 4 trips for a total of 6 nights. It is average, but the location is terrific. The breakfast waffles are great, there is a refrigerator/microwave in the room and the front desk personnel is very nice. It is OK. The convenience makes it livable. Most of the hotels in that area are not outstanding, so this is the best choice we have found.

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Short drive to Sea world and other sites, better value than hotels downtown where we paid more for much much less.

I would say the proximity to Lackland Air Base is ideal.Enjoyed our stay there.

First off the room had a musty, mildew smell that would come an go. My guess is the AC needed some serious attention an cleaning. Upon check-in I had a reservation an confirmation that was paid in full but yet the staff hands me a bill for my length of stay. There were not enough towels an washcloths when asking for more, we were told they don't have that many. When the cleaning staff did the room the toilet paper roll was empty, they replaced it but left the cardboard tube on the back of the toilet an never left a spare roll. We had to ask for one. The free breakfast that is offered seems to never have enough to go around. I went back for a cup of coffee 3 times an each time the pot was empty. If you are not an early riser, you loose. We requested a roll-away bed for an extra guest when it was delivered we opened it an the sheets were stained an had some bugs in it. The guests with children would not supervise them at the pool. I watched 4 to 5 kids at a time piling onto the handicap chair at the side of the pool an operating it in an out of the pool. At one point we had to ask the staff to please put a stop to this before someone gets hurt.

it is what you woud expect for 2 stars. went to my sons air force graduation. so for me it was great. lackland entrance right down the road.. it is close to hwy 90 and 410 so getting to other places is easy. the one thing that couldve beeen cleaner is the bathhroom. was urine on base of toilet. not fond of other peoples bodily fluids.

THE Hospitality and politeness and attention to our need was among the best .Ask for Jacob and tell them Walsh sent you .Jacob is ☆☆☆☆☆
