This hotel has been out of business for about 6 months. For some reason it is still showing up as a hotel you can book and spend the night at. Do not book it , they take their sweet time with the refund.

Hotel ok.

Hotel normal. Quarto limpo, banheiro nem tanto. Se for pra tomar banho e dormir está ok. Se vc for procurar atendimento ou se sentir em casa, esqueça. A atendente do dia da chegada excelente, o do dia da saída (domingo) ríspida. Não tem perfil para trabalhar com turismo. Vale a pena o custo beneficio de for só para dormir.

Nos deram um quarto com o ar condicionado tão barulhento que parecia que ia cair na nossa cabeça. Reclamei e mandaram a funcionária lá que disse que aqueles tipos de ar condicionados fazia aquele barulho mesmo, mas não é verdade, já tive daquele ar e não faz todo aquele barulho. Avisei que não ia aceitar aquele quarto e me mudaram pra um cheio de cabelo no chão. Pedi uma vassoura e varri. A localização é boa. Mas não vale o preço.

O quarto é do mesmo jeito das fotos. Não tem elevador no hotel e o ar condicionado do quarto fazia muuuito barulho. Mas é ok. Confortável e boa localização.

O serviço é muito bom, os funcionários são educados e simpáticos, porém o hotel pode melhorar em alguns aspectos como na roupa de cama que deveriam ser mais confortáveis, o ar condicionado poderia ser regulado pelo cliente e não automaticamente, a tv poderia oferecer canais a cabo, o Wi-Fi deveria melhorar consideravelmente, no mais o hotel fica muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso.

Uma boa estadia, preço ótimo da diária. Apenas duas ressalvas, os ar condicionados de caixa precisam ser trocados por splits e a preocupação que ficamos com o carro dormindo na rua, ao lado do hotel, não há garagem privativa, no mais, tudo perfeito, limpeza, pessoal ótimo, banheiros novos, pequeno cardápio com atendimento 24 horas, custo/benefício muito bom. Recomendo
