First room bathroom smelled heavily of cigarrette and marijuana useage. Toilet broke mid stay. Second room the entire room smelled of heavy cigarrette use. Both rooms were designated non smoking. Staff had no way of being informed people were at feont desk. Bell was not on counter

No one to greet been waiting in the lobby for assistance waited in lobby 20 mins before someone finally came to check me in. First room, room 242 had a strong pee smell and pee stains in the bed. They changed me to room 206 which was dirty. I’m talking the bed was unmade, there was a bottle of don Julio empty on the floor trash and food all over the ground, and the steps to get to the room are legit broken and hazard to even get to the room. Finally they give me room 102 which was dirty but not as bad as the rest. Had to hover over the toilet because there was hairs and the bowl hasn’t been clean in a while. This is the dirtiest hotel i ever went to and if I had more room in my car which I didn’t because I’m in the process of moving, I would’ve slept there instead of in the room. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!
