Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautiful fully furnished four bedroom and three bathroom house. The location is 5 minutes to the University campus, University hospital and Huntsman Cancer Center. 10 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City and just 30 minutes to 6 different ski resorts, 20 minutes from the airport. There is a large park across the street and neighborhood market and restaurants within walking distance. The home includes two family rooms an amazing kitchen and large covered patio with gas grill.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.
