We had stayed here the year before and it was great. This year there was a mix up and they didn’t have the place cleaned before we arrived. I had a print out of the reservation so I know I was right. The host thought we were coming in the next day. The host did refund us the money for that day but it was annoying that we had to clean as best we could as she sent over the cleaners but we couldn’t accommodate them.

We had a good amount of space. Beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer is always convenient. The property is a great location. I would have appreciated a top sheet on the beds. The bathtub hadn’t been wiped clean because there was lots of lint on the top edges and there were crumbs left in the fridge. Overall had a good experience!

A very spacious, comfortable place to stay without all the guests feeling like they are on top of each other all the time. The kitchen was fully functional and the dining table large. It was easy to really live in this space like a real home.

Cleanliness of the space.Communications from the Host.There were a couple of odd things...I visited the end of February and there was a Christmas themed shower curtain. The refrigerator would also randomly beep like there was an error or something.

Everything was great! It looked clean and well taken care of. We had continuous contact with the host who checked in on us frequently and made sure everything was going well. Nice place with a private entrance and garage in a quiet residential neighborhood, but still close to shopping malls and restaurants. The price was really good compared to similar places. I read a few reviews regarding issues with the hot water, but when I was there I didn't have any problems. The water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. I'm a light sleeper so I was concerned about the bed situation (not the greatest experience with other rentals) No problems with these beds, it was perfect for me.

It was a nice neighborhood, the place was clean and nice. There is an issue with the hot water. You can take about a 2 minute shower before water turns to cold. Try to reach out to host about it but got no response.

We liked our stay it was pretty, large and very clean. The kitchen was great and wonderfully stocked. The location is very central near freeways. Some of the negatives would be The hot water in the shower was on and off. The AC wouldn't work in all of the rooms. The main bedroom was really hot. I was disappointed in the bunkbed the top bunk wasn't very stable and it shook. We ended up only using the bottom bunk. Overall would love to stay again in the spring but not in the summer too hot and the shower would be too cold for the winter.
