The rooms are ok, recently remodeled and kept clean. However, the exterior of the property is in terrible conditions and not clean. This hotel is on a big road, but rooms are not facing the road directly, which luckily prevents too much noise to be heard. Overall, it’s an average place, at a decent price.

Warm reception; good location; restaurants nearby.

Comfortable mattresses, good water pressure, easy check-in, pleasant staff.

water in the bathroom was yellowish brown, the room smelled, but was clean. The front desk staff was very unfriendly.

Overall the room was okay it was a bit small but it served its purpose. I do feel as though the late night attendant attempted to give me a smaller room than I paid for because I only had (2) people

My family and I stayed here because it was roughly equidistant between Chincoteague and Assateague Island. All we needed was a place to sleep at the end of the day so this worked perfectly. It's bare bones, nothing fancy. But it's very clean (way cleaner than I expected it to be, to be honest) and quiet. The only downside to our stay was the free continental breakfast. It's really subpar. We ended up going to a gas station and picking up things for breakfast instead. It's a pity because one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it included a free continental breakfast. There were 0 healthy options. Sugar cereals (but no milk), a waffle station, bagels (but, like, the bare minimum required to call something a bagel), and cream cheese that was almost melted. There weren't any fruits even. That said, all we really needed was a clean place to rest our heads at the end of the day, and this sufficed.

I am not sure I would recommend this motel to anyone. It was ok. Dark and dreary but I think the staff does try which is important.

This was exactly what we expected and needed - a quick stop to break up a 12 hour drive that would not cost too much. It was not a great room, but served its purpose and was very convenient to get to.

Customer service is terrible and they have very bad attitudes. The fire alarm rang for 2 nights straight and they couldn't fix it so needless to say I was unable to watch tv, talk on the phone and definitely NO SLEEP with it alarming every 20 mins to 1 hr.

We stayed at the Econo lodge for a few days while our house was being renovated. The staff was very rude and I had something stolen out of my room and I told the front desk and they told me that nobody had been in my room and wouldn't go look in the cameras and investigate the matter! Then the smoke detector alarmed every 20 mins- 30 mins and they came to see about it but never got it fixed and said they had no more available rooms so needless to say we got no sleep for 2 days and they didn't give our money back.

Clean, very good for the price. A nice staff, 24 hours available. Good breakfast!

Awesome!!! the room was nice and spacious it was very clean the bed was comfortable

The hotel would have been a lot better if the staff was more friendly and welcoming. The description of the suite is a little deceiving because they have a kitchen with an oven which is nice but they should tell you to bring you own utensils, pots and pans. Luckily there was a family dollar near by. Other than these minor things I had a great weekend with friends :-)

We were just passing through, but we were quite disappointed in this motel. It was clean enough and nothing really WRONG, but the desk clerk was not personable or responsive, the breakfast was poor and the coffee was AWFUL!

Everything that I expect in an overnight stay the Princess Anne Econo -Lodge gave; a presentable and comfortable room gave me a chance to "recharge" during a busy holiday. No problems with ;check-in. The staff had paperwork and key with only my signature required and was in room within minutes. This is a big advantage to the tired traveler. Thanks to the staff!

The smell in the room was horrible, unable to rest, strong smell of mildew. Would not stay there even if someone paid me to

I will preplan next time because this hotel was not worth $110 and out of the way. It's about an hour away from OC.

Had a great visit and went to Chincoteague and then to Ocean City. Got to see the grandchildren on vacation. Sure did surprise them! Hotel room was neat and clean no complaints on that. Would have like the continential breakfast to have been ready before 7:00AM, we are early risers and not much in this area.

What i liked about the hotel was the room, the airconditioner was working great the room was already cool the which was very welcome because the day time temperature was 94 degrees and very humid. There should be flat screen tv in the room, also the sinks could have been in the bathroom itself instead of in the room for more privacy. The location could have nearer Salisbury instead of 17 miles! from it.
