A great deal for the money

The room was spacious--however, the shear curtains were torn, and the bathroom sink was missing its stopper. Otherwise, very comfortable.

We stayed in a suite since there were 6 of us. As soon as we opened the door, the musty smell hit. The carpet was even damp. We all woke up feeling sick with headaches. The hallway also had an odor. Staff were kind and breakfast was fine.

Place was run down. Wi-Fi didn’t work, the toilet was discolored, furniture was worn and it looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years. Bed was fine, breakfast was fine, and the service was fine. Overheard a customer complaining about bed bugs, but I didn’t see any in our room.

The staff is very friendly but this place is absolutely disgusting. There were someone's dirty clothes in the pool area, dirty towels on the floor in the pool, old food on the floor, the water had a whole wigs worth of hair in it. The room had stains EVERYWHERE. the furniture was black from stains, spider webs on the ceiling. It was just really gross and i will not stay at comfort suites again. We could not wait to check out.

The clerk who helped me check in was a true gentleman! I enjoyed his cheerful attitude very much! All the staff was very pleasant and the weekend was clearly a busy one with graduation, baseball tournaments and everything else. They juggled all the jobs with grace despite the fact that they seemed to short-staffed.
