The hotel lost or didn't receive my reservation. I arrived at 11:00pm with two children to check in and no reservation found. The lady at the desk kept asking me if I was sure I had the right place...Luckily they had rooms. They did try to correct the issue by giving me a slight discount. There was no way to plug the bath tub drain for my daughter's bath and the cleaning service woke the kids up by knocking very loudly which could have been advoided by providing a "Do Not Disturb" sign. The complimentary breakfast was not very professional, look like they bought in bulk at a local grocery store. Not worth the three star rating they had on line, more like two.
It was what was expected for the price and star rating. It was clean and had a continental breakfast - perfect for a quick night's rest as part of a long road trip. Would stay there again.
I thought it was going to be a 3 star inn, but it was not more than 1 and a half. It was not worth $20 more than Motel 6. I will not take a chance on an unknown '3 star' next time, but will stay with an affordable '2 star' that I trust. Let me emphasize again, it was fine for a '1 star,' though overpriced for that level.
