The staff was very nice

Nice facility. Great rooms. Nice hot breakfast.

Great breakfast, no maid service one day, cracked toilet seat, carpet nails very sharp. Fairly quiet, comfy bed…

Dirty, over-priced, and dated.

Clean room and reception area. Even had a grab bag breakfast.

The place was pretty nice and adequate. The shower wasn't completely clean. The breakfast was pretty minimal but surely better than nothing.

After booking two months before, And prepaying, we drove 9 hours, only to find the hotel closed. It was 10 at night in the middle of nowhere Kansas. I was never notified, so myself, my husband and two dogs had nowhere to stay (all other hotels were full due to Sturgis). I called customer service and they put us in another best western across town. However we get there and it was a dump. There were people living there full time, and a bunch of crack heads running the desk. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. The second room had yellow pillow cases (supposed to be white), pubes in the beds, and the shower was filthy. Never again. Best western put my family in danger because of their ineptness. We ended up sleeping in our car because it was so gross.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, but minor things need to be fixed. Other wise a great hotel.

Horrible. I was given a room that smelled like urine. Then I was told I would be switched to another room and refunded my pet fees. Also at this time the receptionist stated, “I do not know why our cleaning crew is cleaning so bad right now.” What?! I am stuck staying here during a pandemic and I am told your staff cant clean?! I stated no one said I was paying a pet fee at this hotel, maybe I should just leave. Then I was told no I will have the manager refund the entire cost and I could stay still. I decided to stay and clean the next room myself before staying. In the morning I went to check out and was told I was not being refunded my money. I never asked to be refund. I was leaving. This was the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Also the landscaping was not maintained and the indoor pool looked like a pond. Never stay here!

Called about pet policy. Orbitz had better rate on room. Booked 2 queen room. Arrived to find that only the king with a fold out bed could have dogs. Fold out bed was not made nor was bedding provided until I returned to the front desk. Not the best night's sleep for my daughter nor adjustment on fee. Either the hotel or Orbitz should note the room restriction for pets. I would have booked another property had we known.

Nice clean and friendly staff great made us laugh checking in good experience

It was FILTHY! So disgusting! They had a pool with a slide, but there were many dangerous issues in the pool area. They didn’t have creamer for coffee, only milk (what!?) no cream cheese for the bagels and no individual butters, just butter from a large butter stick. It seriously smelled like there was something dead in the elevator! The staff was polite but that place was horrible!

Smell and not clean stain on mattresses , smells dogs and sigars

Need to update shower in bathroom. Was loose on the wall where the handle was and loose where the shower head was. Also need to either soak the head in vinegar to clear out the nozzles or replace the head as only about 50% of the nozzle holes worked.

the hostess was extremely welcoming! it was really nice to be checked in by a sweet and perky staff member after a long day of traveling. we asked for more pillows and she happily and quickly obliged. the bathroom was an extremely odd set up with just a tiny shelf for toiletries but it was just one night. otherwise, it was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel! Slightly south of Rt 70 (6 miles) but well worth the drive.

I am so sorry to hear your stay with us was not amazing. As per COVID we are only servicing rooms as requested. As a new GM of the hotel I will look into the issues that you mentioned and talk to staff about how we can do better.
