No elevator. I had to carry my bags up three flights of steps!

Nothing unique. Excellent location from 81. Am staff was not friendly

It was good for a temporary stay. Staff pleasant.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the comforter was not dry all the way both nights and it made the bed damp. Other then that we liked our stay and all the worker were helpful and nice and we liked that and a big thank you to all.

Didn’t know this was a pet friendly Facility. I am allergic to dogs. Asked for a pet free room and told it was. My allergies told me otherwise. I need to look for a different facility for next time.

Not the greatest place to stay. Not terrible but kind of run down. Ok for one night but no longer.

The room had a foul smell, it was dirty, the beds had lumps in them, one bed had a shoe print on the sheet. I called the front desk...the nice young lady switched me to another room, which did not have a foul smell but still looked like it was filthy and those beds had lumps throughout, the bathtub was clogged...spoke with the front desk and the nice man said he would allow my husband to use another rooms bath. I am just so disappointed, felt duped...this was the worst hotel I have ever been in and felt that the pics they use for advertising are very misleading.

I'm accustomed to Americinns being up-to-date, clean, and well-maintained. This looked like they'd bought an old Motel 6 and slapped the Americinn name on it. And the ancient mattress felt like it too. Lots of damage throughout our very small, dreary room. I wouldn't have stayed except I'd already paid and it was nonrefundable. Everything felt grimy and slimy--including the thin sheets. I was glad to get out of there in the morning as quickly as possible.

I booked this hotel on Orbitz because they said they were "pet friendly", however, I was called by an employee and was told because i had a cat they would not let me stay (I understand that) BUT they still charged me $87.62. Orbitz called the hotel once already about this issue, but the charge is still on my account.

No one was on hand for check in for quite awhile. No one available for checkout as well. Staff was nice and facilities were fine. The breakfast was very good with more than just a roll or piece of toast. I would recommend.

reasonable location but had to drive a few miles from the interstate to get to it

I think people making reservations at this motel should know that there is no elevator. We were on the second floor and had to carry our suitcases up and down. Both of my sisters are in their 80's and this was not easy for them.

Good hotel. Clean,QUIET, and easy to get to. Breakfast included sausage, the typical waffles, cereals and hard boiled eggs. Some remodeling going on at the moment, but not noisy.

We stayed at the AmericInn in Salina, KS during our eclipse trip. It was about 1.5 hours from our totality point. The rooms at this hotel are VERY clean and tidy. The beds are firm and in this stomach-sleeper's opinion extremely comfortable. Bathroom-clean! They have a small indoor pool that seems nice even though I didn't go in. When we arrived we were placed in room 114 and when we opened the door it smelled like sewage and they changed our room immediately! Hahaha! It really was funny. So they ended up putting us in room 132 at the very end of the hallway... it was good. the only problem I have is the wifi doesn't reach this room very well and the only thing they have to watch is cable. No ppv... but that's ok, I got to watch Game of Thrones.

A good, inexpensive, no frills hotel for a quick one or two night stay. Staff was very good. While the room was clean and comfortable, our particular room was in much need of maintenance. Things such as the mini refrigerator did not work, some peeling/crumbling wall paper/plaster on the walls etc. I would recommend this hotel though for those looking for a clean, inexpensive stay.

All breakfast options were high carb. Dirt around pool and in hot tub. Difficult to impossible to turn jets on.

These folks have a good thing. They recommend a restaurant that was excellent. They are extremely good at making me feel good.
