Risorgimento Resort

PERFECT LOCATION FOR A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL

Nice hotel around the main square and next to the Church of Santa Chiara, in the historic center. Executive room on the fourth floor, very clean, with a small furnished terrace with sitting area, comfortable bed with electrical outlets and lights buttons on both sides, stocked mini bar; friendly and very helpfu Staff, great breakfast with typical products. I did not like the bathroom window without curtain placed over the bath tube facing outside terrace ; closet light always on, but mostly I think it absurd in a 5 star rated hotel can not regulate the air conditioning individually and having to call the front desk to turn it off or turn it down as needed. You can only adjust the speed and lower or increase of two degrees. With a remote control for the air conditioning my stay would have been perfect.

Relais Sant'Eligio

Great location for exploring Ostuni

This hotel is lovely. In every way, we would rate it highly: breakfast, staff, cleanliness, location, view from the room, etc. But we never had a good night's sleep over our four nights there because: our room was strangely hot (not on the sunny side of the building), and the hotel had turned off the cooling system for the year. When we opened windows and door to get some cool air, mosquistoes came in; and we were tortured every night and ended up peppered with bites. We wished there had been screens on the windows. It was an easy, though uphill, walk into Ostuni's old town and many other Puglian destinations are nearby.
