Highly recommended

We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. Opposite the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the central/port area. Staff were great and let us check in early. Very friendly and had excellent English. Room was clean and comfy but the bathroom a little dated. The air conditioning was quite noisy. Breakfast included a nice selection of sweet and savoury goods.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful there was a good selection for breakfast,the hotel was very clean the bedrooms were very good the beds comfortable leading to a good night's sleep,the location was great straight opposite the railway station if you don't want to hire a car and a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars

Property is very convenient to train station being walking distance. Airport is about 10 min away by taxi. The hotel allowed early check in, set up and early taxi to airport and provided breakfast to go boxes, as we were missing the breakfast.The hotel is conveniently located, efficient and helpful. We stayed only one night after landing into Brindisi on a late flight. The hotel is directly opposite the train station and about 10 min from the airport. The room was comfortable and the breakfast provided was great. Would recommend staying here

A great centrally located hotel

It started with a very pleasant check-in and car parking. The lady at reception was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is centrally located so access to the main attractions was close by. The breakfast was great. Hotel also provides coffee making facilities in the room. But do get buy milk.

Little things matter

Quick overnight stay due to ferry being cancelled, can't beat the location or the accommodation. Next to railway station and central for bars and restaurants. My only negative is even though breakfast was excellent the breakfast staff who knew I only spoke English tried to fob me off with machine coffee instead of a proper coffee when I asked for an Americano all the while happy to serve their Italian customers with proper coffee.

Great time in Brindici

All of the staff at Palazzo Virgilio were amazing. They were warm, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was also a delicious breakfast served every morning. I am a huge fan of pastries and they did not disappoint. The room was very nice. . . comfortable, very clean , and pleasant. With the exception of the Wi-Fi going out in my room(but could access in the lobby) it was excellent.
