did n0t like freeway noice

Very clean. Offered water and cookies upon arrival. Rooms very quiet. Even with several young teen baseball teams staying in the hotel.

It was an average place in decent condition. We did not expect the $7.00 parking fee particularly when there was no where else to park.

I appreciated that they were so close to everything and accepted pets. I didn't realize it was an extra fee for internet and parking however.

It’s suck because you have to pay the parking. Pool is closed. That’s the fun stuff my kids love about hotel is the pool. Some part of carpet is peeling off, sink cracked & leaking, we have to pay for breakfast and it’s SUCK. When you have to paid at least make nice/warm. So cheap.

A short drive to the state fairgrounds , its also centrally located with multiple dining options. Easy access to the freeway too.

Good location off, just off I5. Friendly and courteous staff. Quiet clean room. One of Salem OR best.

Hotel was fine but fairly noisy even with us staying in the backside from the Freeway. Enjoyed the warm cookies on checking in but I would have to say that for the price it did not liv up to my expectation.

Everything was great except for the bed and the pillows. The pillows went flat when you laid your head on them and the bed was rock hard.

Bed clean & comfy. Great breakfast. Hotel dated. Requested top floor when reserved. They said 3rd floor was best they could do when we arrived. I'm noise sensitive and could hear people walking and talking above our bed. Will stay again if top floor available.

NICE ROOM AND AMMENITIES, ONLY NEGATIVE IS THE BED WAS A LITTLE TOO SOFT FOR ME.

When we checked in we were placed ion first floor near cleaning closet and next to traffic noises. We are Hilton honor customers who were placed on first floor while the 4th floor was for Hilton honor customer. We did ask and got a room on the 3rd. Floor. The overall experience was not as good as a Hilton should be.

I'd rate the hotel 4 stars as it's pretty good but there was a room type mix-up due to the booking with this particular website, but the staff actually make it 5. Caroline was fantastic and helpful after a room mix-up, was so nice to help make the situation and went above and beyond. Didn't want to rate the hotel poorly due to a booking error. Location was ok, room was clean and close to all major roads.
