This is obviously a brand new apartment which is not yet ready to be used as a “vacation rental”The building is very safe and clean, the unit is extremely clean and tidy.However, this is because there is basically nothing in the apartment. The kitchen is totally unequipped other than 1 small skillet and a chopping board, although plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and basic utensils etc. We were unable to make a meal in this kitchen. The walls are completely bare with only harsh overhead lighting provided, making the living space less than relaxing and inviting. Only a small loveseat is provided for seating. A coffee table would be useful, as would a more sturdy tv stand.The bedroom has no bedside lamps for reading and only 1 bedside table. The pictures of the unit on the app we found confusing as they do not represent the bareness of this unit. We feel that this space was not worth the price.
