Workspace for remote work, washer/dryer, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sleeps 10 (king + 3 queens + 2 singles). Pets welcome (up to 2, with fee). Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Check-in 4pm / checkout 11am. Exterior doorbell and side-gate cameras on property.

Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at at time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.

The home was perfect for a quick over night work trip. Communication was great and easy to check in, etc…only downside was the yards were very over grown. We weren’t there long enough to utilize the backyard but it was very over grown as well. Again the home its self was immaculate and clean. Only one small downside

This home truly deserves an”exceptional “ rating. The house is beautiful inside. But more importantly it was well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable and higher quality towels, soaps, sheets and snacks.. communication was exceptional as well. We are got responses back within minutes and the owners seemed willing to work with us as our needs changed. Excellent location-close to a great supermarket and restaurants. Easy to get to . Quiet neighborhood.. Could not have been more pleased with our decision to stay here. Thank you for being so accommodating!

We stayed here while celebrating our daughter's graduation from UC Davis and it was the ideal place for our family gathering. We created many special memories and enjoyed having a comfortable space to come together. The property was clean, welcoming, and exactly as described. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and spacious vacation rental.
