Bright, clean, modern bachelor suite located in a quiet neighbourhood in Central Saanich. Separate entrance with a patio to enjoy sitting outside. Parking, wifi, cable included. Close to the airport & B.C. ferries! Grocery stores, parks, farmers markets, restaurants, & Butchart Gardens are all less than a 10 min. drive. Victoria, Sidney, and the ocean are all within about 20 mins. Elk Lake is a 10 min. drive where you can enjoy the beach or walk around the beautiful 10 K path around the lake.

Val was so welcoming and was very helpful when I had questions about the area. I did a lot of driving around the island and Val’s place was quick and easy to get to, very close to Victoria and easy access to Hwy 1 for the rest of the island. It was so nice coming back to a real home after long days of travel, she has everything you need there, comforts of home and the bed is very comfortable. 10/10 I would recommend booking this suite so much more comfortable than a hotel.

Val is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and was quick to communicate with us about any changes or updates. Her place is really nice, super clean, really quiet, bright, and speciates. We really enjoyed staying here, would stay here again, and would recommend it. The location is really central, for us anywhere we had to go it was 5 - 15 min drive.

Spring Time in Saanich

I loved my stay at Val’s. She is just a delight and goes over and above. She even walked with me to the bus stop so that I would get on the right bus. Very accommodating and helpful. Val’s place is perfect. Spotlessly clean and just as described. I like to cook and eat in. The kitchen had everything I needed and all the items were good quality brands.
