Loved the breakfast. Had never seen a pancake making machine before. The Starbucks coffee machine is a nice touch. All in all, the breakfast was very good, especially the sausages. The room was very comfortable.

Bed and bathroom was super clean and bed was real comfortable

I arrived a little early...The moment i walked in i knew i was in for a pleasant experience. Theclerk asked me if i wanted the remote for the tv while i was in the waiting room. The breakfast area is big snd clean a modern looking...breakfast is above sverage with real scrambeled eggs, sausage, yogurt, pastries, pancakes that are home made...indoor swimming pool was great although not as warm as expected...sauna was great. Towels were supplied for free. Rooms to me look extra clean ...beds extra comfortable...again it seems that this hotel has updated many things...rooms and outside carpets very well maintained and clean...by the way this hotel supplies so many towels in your room that its amazing...at least for me it is. Cable has a million channels...Fridge microwave the usual is provided...had to writethis review because i would definitely come again...good job guys keep it up because this hotel is doing things right...

This was a pretty good stay. They even had an indoor pool. The young woman who worked the evening shift couldn't be bothered but everything else was good. I would definitely stay here again.

It was an easy and affordable stay, will do it again.

This hotel is being remodeled. The staff is working very hard to work around the mess. The one amenity that we were looking forward to was the pool and hot tub. It was a very rainy weekend so having pool and hot tub would have been nice. But is wasn't working, it had not passed inspection. It would have been nice to have known before booking. Once the remodel is complete it will be very nice. New Everything.

The room needed to be updated. The toilet leaked and after getting ready for bed we had water all over the floor. The front desk gave us a stack of towels to soak up the water. I told the clerk that there was no way we could use that toilet so she gave us another room clear down the hall. So, at 10:00 at night in our pajamas, we had to move all our belongings.

The room was very nice and the bed was great. The only complaint was too many stairs. We asked for a smoking room and they were on the 2nd floor, my mom has trouble with stairs so it was hard on her.

the hotel was good, with nice rooms and good service. Clean!

I enjoyed the one-night stay. Breakfast could be upgrades somewhat, and the common restrooms could be attended to more regularly. Room was very nice, and the A/C worked well.

It was ok but the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working.

Stop in to check in early, I was told the room would not be ready till 2pm came back at 230pm and was given the key went up to the room and the maid still had not cleaned the room. Bathroom sink with counter was very low and made me feel like a giant and I at 5'4" and my husband at 6'1" he had to get on his knees to brush his teeth. Shower and sink looked and felt dirty. Rang the bell to check out at 9am and the owner came out o the back as if I just got him out of bed and with a pissy look told me to just leave the keys and I jus wanted my final receipt and was shunned away. Will not stay there again.

Good Value, no different than La Quinta

The room was acceptable for the price. The bed was worn out, way to soft. The carpet was a little dirty through out the entire hotel. The pool was not in the greatest shape. The hotel laundry room was situated where the smell of gas from the dryers filled the hallways. The tub/shower combo was very slippery with very little anti skid. I slipped and wrenched my shoulder and neck trying to grab on to save my life. They did have a free breakfast.

The service was terrible, you must bring your own breakfast, and the internet was down during most of our stay.

This is the second time in about a month that we stayed in this hotel, and [...]Hotel is actually a good deal.

We requested a non smoking room and were obviously put in a smoking room. I am so glad we only stayed one night because the staff was horrible and I don't think I could have handled the smell of smoke in our room for more than a couple of days. Our relatives stayed in another room in which the heater did not work and the front desk clerk would not send someone to check it. Instead she told us we just did not know how to work the thermostat. We were not told about the water not being potable until I saw a notice at the front desk when we were already checking out. I visit Ruidoso atleast once a year but if that is all that is available, next time I'll stay home. I can handle shabby conditions but there is no way I can handle that plus poor customer service.

it was ok but the heater didn't work so the room was cold and the hall way they where very hot
