The Big Chill - Unit N1

6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, game room with pool table, and those incredible Sierra Blanca views!

There are few private homes that can accommodate up to 16 people. If you have a large crew and want to be near mid-town, this is the unit for you.

Lookout Estates Condos is about one block from Sudderth Drive – the main road through Ruidoso. When staying in one of these condos you`re close to all the action – shopping, dining, golf, casinos, and all the fun things that drew you to Ruidoso.

You`ll also have a private deck on the top floor, with lovely views of the area, and a gas grill, so you can dine in if you prefer.

This condo also offers window a/c units for the couple of warm weeks we have.

The heated pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and is available to all guests. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.

We regularly have a herd of elk wandering through, so bring your camera. We`re also just below a forest watch-tower, so you can take the short hike up to it and be on top of the world, with views of the whole town.

Swimming pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends.

One block from the main road through Ruidoso, you are conveniently located to easily get to all points of interest in the Ruidoso area.

Check in time is anytime after 3:00p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m. If there are any questions that you may have please call us.
You will receive a Rental Agreement, (House Rules) which will outline our policies. Please return the signature page as soon as possible. No reservation is confirmed without it.

The pictures show a nice property but the property was not as expected.Even though It is a big place that sleeps 14 people; the property is old and very poor maintained.

The house was not clean. The pool table has a hole in every pocket so it was not fun to play. The lower level bedrooms beds were so loose i was scared we'd break them. The bathroom in master downstairs shower stayed clogged the toilet leaks when you flush it, there is a nail sticking up between bathroom and bedroom

Nice but broken items in game room, upturned rug corners (tripping hazards), torn upholstery on deck chairs, no bath soap/shampoo/lotion/kleenex in bathrooms, broken ceiling fan in bedroom, water in “heated” swimming pool was cold. Would be very nice if upkeep was better.
