Condo 8A two level unit with a second floor entry. The condo is located on the golf course on the number 9 hole and has a view of the golf course and the trout fishing lake from the back deck. The condo has three bedrooms, 2 twin beds in the loft, and three bathrooms. Beds have new mattresses. Total occupancy is 8 people. The condo has a washer and dryer, Central air, a covered deck, Keurig coffee maker, and wireless internet. Total square footage is 1400. NOTE: FIREPLACE IS NOT USEABLE. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
