Nice place!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, no lift and very steep stairs but the staff helped with our bags! Super small room but has what you need, walls are thin and not very sound proof but overall a really nice stay.

Best place to experience a friendly Rotterdam

This is a fantastic choice of hotel if you are looking to experience the friendly, authentic side of Rotterdam. The staff of the hotel and the cafe below are super nice.

AMAZING staff, location, weird room!

AMAZING staff. GREAT location. GREAT bar. Everyone was very kind and accommodating, spoke perfect English (not a requirement, but definitely helped!). Please keep in mind, with Coronovirus, that staff leave BEFORE 11pm. Call if you’re going to be late, even though the site says midnight. Location is in the center of the best neighborhood if you like to stay up late. The bars are rocking, BUT, during Coronavirus, most close at 2am. Those people that want to get in after 2 must line up and wait as bars are only permitted a limited number of people at a time. Steep fines for the venue if they deviate. No dancing, and stay in your seat, and if you can get in, you can stay until 4am! Now, our room was suuuuper strange. Suggestion: one person only for the “Superior Standard Room”. It is not superior, but TINY. Very stylish and interesting (yet not practical) design, but appropriate only for one person. Also, open a window before showering or spraying aerosols, the fire alarm is very sensitive. We woke up the entire hotel. :( Overall, loved the experience, the staff made up for the weird room, and we were only one night, so it didn’t bother too much.

Central - but very noisy

The hotel is quite central - 10/15 min walk to central Rotterdam. Mostly it is selfservice. You have to download an app where you get access to the small entrance. Service was good, but if you want peace, quiet, comfort and is not fit for narrow stairs - this place might not be for you. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was not all clean, you hear everything outside and in the other rooms. The bed is more like a madress on top of a built-in-frame and is 180x140 cm approxx.

El hotel es un edificio viejo, actualizado muy chido, la zona es muy buena, estas cerca de todo el movimiento del Centro… puedes llegar caminando de la estación son solo 15 minutos y está muy padre la caminata a un lado de un canal… Perfecto para dos personas posiblemente para familias sería mejor un cuarto un poco más grande. Hay q tomar en cuenta q no hay elevador. Llegaría otra vez

Une très bonne adresse

Un accueil exceptionnel, aux petits soins et de bon conseils. La localisation est parfaite, les lieux sont bien tenus. La chambre, bien que petite est agréable. Le quartier peut être un peu bruyant... mais c'est vivant et ça fait son charme.
