Stayed here for a week on business. Location is ok, we had meetings inside all day so can't really say we had to go into the city often. Breakfast was ok, good selection - mostly sweet, not to savoury, but good for the morning. Only problem I had was with sleeping. Room was great, spacious, clean, bed was comfy. However, the windows wouldn't open and the ventilation wasn't great, so I ended up with headaches every morning and red eyes. Had another colleague with the same complaint - not sure if this was fixed in the meantime but good to know. Otherwise very nice, I'd recommend it for a short stay, not for a long one.

The first view of the hotel is disappointing however once inside absolutely fine. The rooms was comfortable for the entire family and had a view of the gardens (and the rabbits) and outdoor pool. Breakfast was very easy and of a good standard. Very pleasant and helpful desk host that spoke very good English. Thanks!

Not bad close to the metro the beds were a bit saggy staff not that friendly the breakfast is nice lots of choice but you get hassled for your plate when you haven't finished which is quite rude. Wouldn't come here again I'd choose another hotel .

I stayed in this hotel for two nights from 22/07/2017 to 24/07/2017. Its pretty good hotel. Slightly in the outskirts of the city. But good for airport access. You can avoid the traffic while going to airport if you stay in this hotel. Staff is good, courteous and cooperative. Hotel is quite clean ad nicely maintained. Good for family stay. It was booked for us by @KESARI TRAVELS.

This is a nice hotel with good facilities such as bar and parking very close to Erasmus University. I stayed here multiple times and my experience here is positive. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The only issue is sometimes the price at this hotel goes very high (especially when there is an event close by).

We were there with our grand children and family. Although this hotel is mostly business, they were really nice as soon as we arrived with a welcoming drink, little bags for children. We only had to wait 30 minutes for our rooms. The rooms were comfortable, clean. The staff excellent. The restaurant downstairs was also good for diner and also breakfast. I would stay once again at this hotel and do recommend it.

Great friendly staff, very efficient. Lovely clean rooms and dining area. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The aircon actually cools the room down which I find a rarity in hotels so the room was nice and fresh. Lovely views too.

The hotel is located opposite Erasmus Uni, which guarantees a constant flux of customers. Most people staying are typically in for business so I was expecting overall good quality at over £100 a night. I have to say I was disappointed. The facilities are OK but dated and in much need of modernization. The restaurant was shockingly poor. It is priced as a premium, with an average of €30 for one meal and a drink but the quality is terrible. I would strongly suggest Novotel to engage with professionals that can deliver good quality and varied food. I would attract a lot more people both staying and not, to the bar and restaurant. The only plus are staff which are very nice and helpful, but I would not imagine they will stay working with that hotel for long.

Nice hotel, the staff is extremely helpful, competent and efficient. The atmosphere is very nice, taking into account Novotel is a hotel chain. In hotel chains the atmosphere and decoration can lack warmth or originality. This is not the case here. I really felt like spending time at the bar or the restaurant, which is atypical for me. The beds either have latex mattresses, or the top of the mattress is made of latex. Personally I like spring mattresses and I don't like latex mattresses, but my guess is that many people would find the mattress comfortable. Lucky for me, the sofa bed had a spring mattress which was firm enough without being uncomfortable. I also ordered the Dorade from the room service. It was OK, but I suspect that they do not cook things themselves but rather buy food from a company that delivers to restaurants and then they just heat things up (which is what many restaurants presently do, by the way). In any case, taking into account it is hotel food, it was fine. To sum up, I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Erasmus University, as it is only a couple of minutes away (on foot) from the campus.

Reviewed earlier and just needed to add to it. We stayed 4 nights and as mentioned the hotel is clean and bed comfortable. Restaurant was also very good and reasonable for dinner (too much for breakfast) Location was poor unless using for stop over trip as you needed to take metro (nice 10 min walk) to metro to get into the city. So location location Out of habit i always make my bed and hang the towels. When we came back to our room in 3rd day late with the exception of emptying garbage the room was not cleaned and towels still damp. Not impressed. When mentioned this when checking out they apologize and said i should have called down to have the room cleaned and fresh towels. After 9:30 at night !!
