We booked a room with a spa but we would have to fill it ourselves which would take too long as we were out for dinner and only there for the night. There were no spear blankets so we had the heat pump on all night which was uncomfortable as it blew onto our bed.

We were deeply disappointed with our stay. Despite the advertised 3pm check-in, our room wasn’t ready on time. When we asked for an explanation, we were told flatly that this is just “how it is now”—no apology, no sense of responsibility, just a shrug and a wait. The location is right on a busy main road, and the noise is relentless—especially from trucks at night. It was nearly impossible for our kids to sleep, and we all struggled to get any rest. What made things worse was the experience at the front desk. The lady at reception was not only unhelpful but also shockingly rude. When we reached out to Expedia to report the situation, she falsely claimed she had offered us an alternative room—something that never happened. What made it worse was the room cleaning, very poorly done, no towels, tissues or vacuuming, we had to go and ask. We left feeling frustrated, unheard, and exhausted. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this property, and we hope others are spared a similar experience.

Family stay - 2 adults, 2 children (10&5). Excellent accomodation. 2 bedroom apartment with spa. Beds were comfy, linen crisp and clean. Rooms were spacious with huge wardrobes and tv with sky in each bedroom. Lounge had a round dining table to seat 4. 2 couches, kitchenette with everything needed for 4. Spa was great. Table and chairs in courtyard. Bathrooms had heaps of towels and product. Motel pool, sauna and gym all clean, tidy and great for our family stay. Would highly recommend.
