Our beautiful and cozy apartment is on the top floor of a beautiful building, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Rome from its large terrace overlooking.
The accommodation and 'independent heating and is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible:

This is a gem!! I'm so glad we found this great flat in Rome for our two nights stay. The neighborhood is wonderful. The balcony is a bonus. 10 minute walk to the colosseum but it is it's own neighborhood complete with great restaurants and bars. Very quiet at night. The flat itself is well appointed with everything you need. Bed was comfy and we had NO problem with hot water as some of the other reviews mentioned. The owner is great and very helpful, even arranged our airport transfer for us upon arrival. The train station is a 10 min walk which is super convenient. Definitely eat at the pizzeria across the street! Also plenty of neighborhood markets to grab food for breakfast.

GREAT LOCATION/LOVELY ROOF TERRACE

Apartment was very clean and well presented. Location was within easy walking distance to Termini train station and to visit the Colosseum. Was on 6th floor but lift available. We really liked the roof terrace. We found it a bit cramped for four people but would probably be fine for 3. We were a bit disappointed that there was only one air conditioning unit working (in the hall) and only a fan in the main bedroom - it was very hot during our visit in July so may not concern others visiting at different times of year. Kitchen space was limited so bit difficult to cook a full meal but plenty of eating places/takeaways nearby. Overall would recommend.

Check in war zuverlässig und auch sehr freundlich, da wir unser Gepäck früher in die Wohnung bringen konnten. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, und das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick über die Stadt. Wir konnten alles, was wir sehen wollten, zu Fuß erreichen. Très agréable appartement

Proche des principaux points touristiques, dans un quartier sympa pour les restos. L'appartement est propre. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont petites mais pour faire du tourisme et manger au resto, ça va. Les matelas sont très moelleux mais confortables. Le gros plus de cet appartement : sa superbe terrasse et ses vues sur Ste Marie Majeure de la terrasse et le Vatican au loin depuis la cuisine. L'hôte est très à l'écoute.

un dernier étage calme et lumineux avec vues sur Roma

Appartement au dernier étage, éloigné des bruits de la rue, bien organisé, avec grande terrasse offrant une vue sur Santa Maria Maggiore d'un côté, avec cuisine et séjour offrant une vue sur la coupole du Vatican et quelques monuments autour du forum de l'autre, ce qui est une source d'agrément. Tout est fonctionnel et propre, comme il est attendu. C'est aussi un appartement dont l'emplacement présente plusieurs avantages : proximité à pied avec le forum (15 mn) et l'essentiel de Rome intramuros, proximité du métro (5 mn), présence de magasins d'alimentation (Pewex, Conad) à quelques minutes, proximité de restaurants de cuisine italienne de qualité dans la rue d'à côté (Il Nipotino del Solitario, La Forchetta d'Oro, Il Brigantino) où nous sommes allés à plusieurs reprises dans chacun. Sous tous aspects, cet appartement est un lieu idéal pour visiter Rome à pied, rejoindre le métro, faire ses courses, aller au restaurant à côté de chez soi. Les liens avec les gérants ont été simples, directs et courtois, en toute confiance. Seul bémol, la literie est d'une qualité qui dénote par rapport au reste.
