Our room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly everyday. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was also very affordable at 50$ USD per day for our 8 night stay. The only area of opportunity we found was when we would call to request a taxi in the morning, the hotel staff would not actually call the taxi until we were downstairs waiting for it to arrive. We were almost late for one of our tours because of this, but the hotel staff was very polite and apologetic so it was not a big deal! Would definitely recommend if you don't mind being further from Roma Central, and are comfortable using the metro!

It’s a good choice for people visiting Rome, a bit far from city but has value for money with parking and good ambience. Though electric kettle in not provided in rooms, they have installed a hot water dispenser in Lobby. Wifi is good and so the bathrooms and linen.

This hotel is fairly new, just 4 years old. When we arrived at the airport though the taxis nor the tourist info booth were not familiar with the hotel. Thankfully I had my print out. Hotel is 15-20 mins from airport and cost us $65 E.U.R. The location is close to a nearby metro train station - Laurentina (blue line) and the hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the metro every hour on the hour. So getting to and from the colosseum area attractions only cost us a train ride. The hotel is clean and modern and staff are helpful and very friendly. Good fitness center and great variety in breakfast buffet. Rooftop setting for breakfast and dinner is very charming as well. Our rate of 100 E.U.R. per night included breakfast for the three of us which in my opinion was excellent value for money. Although my room was prepaid we were charged a tax of 6.00 E.U.R. per person/ per night upon check out which we were not expecting but all in all we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!! Great to park the car outside on the paring lot, on the street or into the garage. Nice fresh and clean rooms, good bathroom. Only thing is that you can hear some noise through the door /walls, but its the same around all mediterannian countries. But def. recomend and would come back! They have hourly free shuttle service to metro stop back- every hour until midnight! Super! Staff was super friendly and helpful!!! :)

It has all the trappings of a starred hotel. Clean bathrooms and linen. No electric kettle. Good wifi. Buffet breakfast was just about OK. Location is well away from the city (Rome). The staff are helpful and tried their best to sort out problems of a large SOTC group from India.

1.The hotel has two sides access to the guest rooms.Which is a good thing. 2.Saw for the first time a new concept of the square bath area. 3.The Wifi was good & could be used till departure 4pm even after the check out taken place at 10 am. 4.The hotel provides complimentary refreshing drinks in the lobby. 5.The sore point are the garbage bins as you come inside the front of the hotel to enter the reception.The hotels can probably discuss with the local municipality or any other. 6.The lady who arranged to keep the bags till departure was patiently doing her job & conveyed the group members not to make noise.She did a excellent job & organised the baggage in some order. 7.The reception staff were good & the barman next to the reception, too. 8.The staff in the bfast room were good & one young girl was very welcoming & had a hotel like demeanour. 9.EuroStar 2 was a pleasant surprise & was great shopping place. SOTC group 13/14 June-19 room no#121 its not easy to manage Indian /Chinese groups coming to gether at key times.But the hotel did a splendid job & would come here again.We even met a gentleman outside the hotel who when we asked for directions ,offered to drop us at the EuroStar 2. I have never seen such great monuments in the World that I saw in Italy.There is no comparison. Vatican City was the ultimate in history,Architecture & great organisation of tourists. Hats off to Italy. But all the guys I met were fans of AS ROMA & not JUVENTUS..

Nice little hotel, hidden away in a fairly delapitated neighbourhood , but with the free shuttle and close proximity to the local Mall, no worries. We stayed here for 3 days in May and quite enjoyed it. Rooms were well appointed, staff even lent me a boiling kettle so I could enjoy a cup of tea, but there was always hot water and coffee in the lobby if one wished. The buffet breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

HORRIBLE HOTEL !!!! We went in a group through a circuit, and the truth is that it shows the horrible difference they make with those who are staying on their own for those who stay in groups. The reception and restaurant staff (breakfast) very rough and aggressive. Specifically TANYA (or so they said her name, blonde wench, light eyes) of the Gulliver breakfast area and the bar area on the ground floor. Terrible attention, she mistreated us and she did not want us to have breakfast for the scheduled time (something that the group guide and the receptionists already knew was going to be different and they had given us the OK the day before, because we were leaving that day and we separated from the group that were travelling to other destinations). Worst of all, this woman Tanya, knows no other language than hers, Italian. A low capacity, since at least you should know English, the universal language, in a hotel, which only serves for tourism and it is understood that the people housed most likely are not only Italian. We are surprised by the "abilities" of this person at a language level and at a professional level, she shouted at us and treated us very aggressively. Maybe it she is family part or something to the manager, since it is not clear that with her "skills" she still can remain part of this hotel. We were lucky that another woman, was able to speak English, and quickly solved the problem, allowing us to have breakfast (something that we already had authorized by the reception staff, but they do not know how to communicate apparently). She mentioned the other woman, Tanya, was tired of people that do not speak italian (WTF?). The last day of travel, our transfer did not come and despite asking the reception to help us call, their answer was no, they did not want to make a single call to help us. We were lucky again that the transfer finally arrived, but if this did not happen, we do not know what would have happened since for the reception people we were invisible. The only one worried was the person that takes care of the suitcases, who was more worried than us about the situation, he also asked the reception guys to call and they did not want to call either. They preferred to keep hiding in a desk behind the front reception desk and / or occasionally attend to minor and not urgent matters. The worst hotel in the world! Luckily, we will never go back there. The rooms and mobile handy service with internet the only good thing they knew how to offer.

Lucky we only stayed here for a night. We landed in Rome after 16 hours flight and expecting at least basic and comfy room which at least what we got in Warmt hotel, BUT it was HOT and HUMID room. Yes it was super HOT. We were sweating inside the room. Then called reception asking for a room change and got rejected straight away saying it was full bla bla bla. I checked many online booking web stating that the hotel still selling rooms. Even arguing with the reception was not useful as he said the manager did not allow to change room. FYI, our group booked more than 15 rooms and 90 % complained it was HOT and since it was only a night stay, we wish not pursued the matter further as it was useless anyway. We got answer from the reception that the air cond system will be installed soon, whatt???? Breakfast was basic amd acceptable BUT the table layout was to close to each other thus looks cramped. Actually this hotel got potential as if managed properly as the interior are newly renovated. Avoid !!

My family went to Rome with a tour group. We have stayed in Warmthotel for 2 days. The room was quite ok. Note that there was no tea/coffee in hotel room. However, breakfast service was TERRIBLE. The breakfast room is small (10-15 people capacity). The first day there was a long line of Chinese, we have waited for more than 30 mins to get servered. But there were no food left. We have waited for more than 30 mins to get new food as the breakfast room was understaffed. The second day we had to check out at 7am for a flight. We cam in breakfast room at 6:25am and there was still a long line of Chinese waiting. So we left with no food. I do not recommend this hotel and will not return here again.
