The restaurant and the staff were both excellent! The food was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The tv was all in Italian lol. We loved our experience here. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
Too far from Rome to use as tourist especially when the transportation options of hotel are unpredictable. Hotel suggested their provided airport transport at a cost but when we showed up it was not arranged. Also left stranded at metro when no show van. In both cases staff showed no concern or caring. First night ate at their restaurant. Food was awful.
Amazing place , clean , stuff is collaborative and kind I would love to live there to the reset of my life , thank you for nice welcome and good service And I highly recommend everyone to book it
Arrived at the hotel & checked in. I confirmed a triple room, but the room only had a double bed with a small, love seat. I spoke with the front desk staff. After being treated poorly, I emphasized that I did not want a cot brought to the room. We paid for a double and a twin bed (triple room). They stated that it would not be a cot. The worker came to the room with some sheets and proceeded to pull the sofa out (not a sofa bed, but sleeping on top of the hard sofa cushions) and cover it with sheets. I went back to the front desk & again said that was not acceptable. I did not want to sleep on a sofa when we paid for a triple. He kept stating it was a triple and that was the other bed. It was extremely late (after a long flight) and I said that I would speak with a manager in the morning. That night I had to sleep on a hard sofa. I took pictures of the sofa covered with sheets. I then went to the front desk in the morning & 1 of the same individuals from the night before was there, so I asked for contact information for the hotel manager to complain. He didn't seem to care. Also, that night we had gone out and was told to call 30 min. before arriving back at the train station to get picked up. We did call 30 min. before, but when we arrived there was no van. We called again & they said they would send someone. We waited an additional 30 min. at the station to get picked up. As other reviews describe, this is not the best part of Rome so waiting was not acceptable.
We stayed two nights, and found the hotel to be very nice. We appreciated on-site secured parking, a very nice breakfast selection and the overall cheery, clean and friendly feel of the place. The staff was very helpful, and the room was clean, well-appointed and modern. The wifi was good, and the cable selection was fine. The only downside was climate control: we were a little warm, and never did figure out how to take it down a notch. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
Nice and friendly staff. The hotel was nice and clean, BUT...the location wasn’t convenient, as it was a distance from most places. Also, the free breakfast buffet was not that good at all. Overal, the stay was ok.

Our hotel beds were chosen with comfort in mind, so it’s good to hear that they met your expectations. We have English options for TV settings, but you are right, most of the channels are in Italian. As for the channel guide, we have had to remove more expendable items in the room due to our anti-Covid protection measures (such as things that are touched a lot, but that may be reformatted for information purposes). In this instance, you could access the channel guide through the code provided on the television’s start-up screen. Alternatively, our Reception staff are always available to provide any information that you ask of them.
