Wonderful hotel and staff especially the night shift.

The staff at the hotel were very professional, courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable we wanted to take them home.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The bed and pillows were heavenly. Overall, I liked it very much.

Very nice hotel located close to a lively area of Rome with excellent restaurants.

Nothing special. But nice room. Polite and helpful staff.

The hotel was in a good location, near the tram system. Very easy to get in and out of Rome good value for the price would recommend the hotel!

Overall good Hotel for all my needs as I was visiting my daugther while she studying at the Univiversity of America at Rome. Good location for the price and accesability to transportation. Thanks. :)

My family recently spent 4 nights at Trilussa Palace Hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable and we used the classic spa and loved it. I think on a future trip I would stay in a hotel in the city center, not Trastevere, so the location wasn't the best for me. But we did have dinner in Trastevere restaurants a couple of nights, so that was a plus. The staff was unfailingly polite and helpful.

This hotel had very small rooms with tiny bathrooms. It was easy to get to public transportation of all kinds, but it was quite a walk from any of the major sites. The daytime staff was very helpful.

Stayed in a triple size room which was perfect for our family. Very responsive staff, anytime we asked for anything it was delivered to our room quickly and with a smile. Loved the breakfast which was included in our rate, something for everyone from fresh eggs to fresh fruit, yogurt , cereal and fresh pastries. Great cappuccino! The only issue was noise from a party going on and the music from the Moon Spa that was below us. We stayed on the first floor so I would recommend a higher floor next time.

Perfect location for us, near American University, convenient to everything (tram across the street). Staff is incredibly nice. Breakfast buffet is fabulous (if unchanging), the whole place is cleaner than clean. Paolo the bartender is great! Rooms a bit small, but wee-appointed and bathrooms are super! We all had massages and overall it was super!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and they spoke English well!!!! The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner but it was not missed. There were so many other places to eat within walking distance.

Location was perfect right nearby the #8 tram which takes you to the nearby hip eateries in Trastevere, and easily takes you into the heart of the historical center of Rome, where you can catch any bus to other locations. Great breakfast and beautiful hotel.

Overall, this is a great hotel. Advertised on Orbitz as a three-star hotel it is actually a four-star one. Quiet and very clean, with great, helpful stuff (who helped me book a trip to Assisi from Rome). It's about a ten-minute walk from the heart of Trastevere, and about 20 minutes by bus and tram from Termini. There are hotels with better location in Rome--so if you have only a couple of days in the city and haven't seen the main attractions this is not necessarily the best option. On the other hand, hotels at the heart of the city are often very noisy. Finally, considering what you get here, it's also on the less expensive side.
