We had a wonderful stay here! Finding a place that comfortably fits a family of six in Europe can be tough, but this apartment was surprisingly spacious. It’s located right in the heart of Rome's most lively neighborhood, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and fun. A huge thank you to the management team, who were excellent communicators and always quick to help. While the furniture could be a bit more modern/comfortable, the amazing location and great service more than made up for it.

This boutique hotel in the center of Rome was spotless and full of charm. Roberto at reception was excellent—he helped with our luggage, provided a detailed map, and recommended great places to visit around the city. The rooms were clean, with toiletries provided and daily housekeeping that kept everything neat and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and we really enjoyed having it outside on the patio—a great way to start the day. Overall, the service was very pleasant, and we would gladly stay here again.

This stay was absolutely lovely!! Clean amenities, comfortable beds. Everything aside from a washing machine, that you could want on an overseas stay. The beds were comfortable, the hairdryer was actually a good one (for those ladies that have crazy hair like me) and the AC worked great! The host was fabulous and even helped us with our bags to our apartment that was a block away from the hotel location itself. Speaking of location, this is by far the best place to stay when in Rome. Trastevere is less crowded than downtown, more quiant and the streets smell of jasmine and boungavillas. The most incredible patio dining and shops around every corner. Highly recommend, do yourself a favor and just book it!

We had a wonderful trip to Rome and our stay at the Tree Charme Trilussa was great! The hotel staff was amazing and Angela went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped book our airport transportation and ensured we had a great experience. We are a family of 6 and would highly recommend the 3 bedroom apartment that they offer.

Not great for solo travellers

The room was nicely decorated and very clean however if you would like to sleep at night, this maybe isn't the place for you. The walls are like paper and I could hear every word exchanged between the couple in the room next door. As a solo traveller I also felt uneasy about the lack of reception on arrival/overnight and the keys to my room were simply left in the door for me, and anyone else, to obtain. The hotel is in what appears to be an old apartment building and had no clear signage outside and wasn't that easy to find in the dark. The place was nice, but felt like staying in an upmarket hostel rather than a hotel. Your stay will very much be dictated by who is in the room next door.

Great location but comes up a little short

Location of this place to sleep is fantastic. Trastevere is a wonderful place to explore for dining throughout the day. I booked a “deluxe triple room” for my two 20-something sons, and got a room with a queen sized bed and a sofa/day bed w arm rests that limited the length to about 6 ft, which made it tough to comfortably fit my 6’3” body. The “triple” assumes two in the party sleep together and the third person is shorter than probably 5’10”. The AC worked nicely given the weather was unseasonably warm. Breakfast was less than satisfying for us but was typical of a European continental set up. Some sliced ham, salami, and cheese, a selection of yogurts, cakes, bread, and pastries, and, of course, caffe and some delicious juices. The place is secure, and reports of a noisy setting due to the adjacent Piazza Trilussa late-night activities were over exaggerated. We liked the vibe of the area. The rooms were clean and bed/towel service was provided each day. All in all, a good experience.

Bem localizado

Bem localizado, dá para conhecer os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Funcionários educados, prestativos. Café da manhã é bem simples, mas gostoso, o suficiente. Tudo limpinho, quarto com ar condicionado. O banheiro tem secador, chuveiro é gostoso. O principal ponto negativo é o horário de encerramento da recepção (16hs), não tem locker, então as malas ficam no corredor sem supervisão após esse horário se precisar deixar. Outra questão é o barulho na rua, também não foi um problema pra mim e eles deixaram um protetor de ouvidos no quarto, mas não é uma zona silenciosa.
