Rooms are clean and modern but small. Location is key. Can walk to all major sites in Rome.

The location was the best part. Staff was very helpful with directions, tips, etc. The downside during our trip was the wi-fi was down for 2.5 days. Overall, it was a pretty basic hotel nothing too special but for the price and location it was excellent!

Nothing too good or bad to say about this hotel. No breakfast...room was fine, very nice shower. Located close to Piazza Navonna, as the name implies.

The location is wonderful, we were a 300 feet from Piazza Navona, near Panteon, Fontana de Trevi, and so on. The staff was very friendly, they wave us an up grade so the room was better than the one we expected. Very clean. It is on a place with a lot of traffic but it doesn't disturb us, no disturbing noise in the room. Thank you for your assistance.

Great location, price, and staff! Very impressed! Rooms were clean, fairly big for Europe and the people at the front desk were very helpful!

The location is amazing for exploring Rome. All the major sights are walkable (within 20 minutes), which is the best way to explore this incredible city. The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurants, Bars, Cappuccino and Gelato shops all right outside your door. The room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Suite Art Novana was wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Daniella (hope I spelled your name right) was the most cheerful, helpful person. Jagmar was very helpful too. The room was a little dark, but very clean and the location was close to everything! Piazza Novana just around the corner. You could walk to the Vatican in about 10 minutes. Go the other way 10 minutes, the Spanish steps, or the Trevi Fountain. About 15 to the Colosium. A 15 minute cab ride to the train station.

The location was absolutely fabulous and the ladies at the front desk were superb. Our greeting was great and I was quite surprised when the lady at the front said this man will show you to your room. I thought, oh, how lovely but then he continued looking at his phone and we grabbed our suit cases and continued to lug them up 4 flights of stairs to figure out where the room was ourselves. He came up behind us and then opened the door and gave us some history about Piazz Navona and the hotel building and then left. We then discovered the elevator and figured out how to run it. Wish I had known that 4 flights earlier. It's actually quite simple.. press the little button, open the two sets of doors, select your floor and off you go. Small elevator but very effective. :) The room 402 was surprisingly quiet & large for Romethe bed was lovely and nice and firm the bathroom configuration was interesting, perhaps switch the toilet and the bidet so you don't hit your head or knees against the shower stall! Ha It's a dimly lit suite with a somewhat modern feel and unfortunately, we couldn't get the AC to go any lower then 26 degrees which was disappointing after 40 degrees outside. They said they'd fix it but nothing changed. If you simply need a place to crash, it's an excellent location as Piazza Navona is a stone throw away. The taxi to Roma Termini was only 10 E from there as well. The hotel has a large door situated between a little store to get fresh fruit, sandwiches and drinks and the corner restaurant. It has a small plaque with the name of the hotel where you buzz up. Our driver pointed out the door.

The Hotel was very nice! Hotel staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Spoke great English and gave a lot of helpful suggestions for site seeing. I would definitely go back and stay there!

This was a great location , close to all the main attractions, a little expensive but worth it. Is located on a corner and the name is on a very small plate, if you don't pay attention, you will miss it. I would choose it again.

It's pricy for a hotel that doesn't have any other facilities to offer apart the bedroom. Room facilitied are quite complete for such hotel like this. I paid for double rate since there was no single rate and I was a solo traveller. Complete bathroom amenities and have a safe deposit box too. But they don't have enough space to make a wardrobe and put a rail in top of the desk are the corridor to hang your cloths. It's good enough for a solo traveller. Location is perfect and walking distance to all tourist attractions. U could visit all of them in a day if you are out before 10am.

Excellent welcome by Daniela (?), who gave us a lot of helpful hints, and told us valuable info. Was very friendly an knowledgable. Room was great, only downside was poor lighting, and poor shower design. Excellent base to be secure and comfortable in the heart of Rome

location, location, location room is just ok, but you cannot beat the location, just around piazza Navona.

Phenomenal value and great location. So much better than many hotels in Rome. Would absolutely stay there again!

Location was outstanding. A few steps from Piazza Navona, with dozens of great restaurants with delicious food. The Piazza had plenty of scenery and felt very safe, not to mention the fun of people watching.

Really small and only a first floor. The bathroom is not for big people. That's the worst part. Breakfast is one block away but is good. But the location is great and the staff is kind with you.

Reasonable price for a great location. Breakfast is not in hotel but in a bar near by. Also no phone in room. Otherwise nice.

I liked the Renaissance building and the postmodern sense of many layers of history. The room was very comfortable and the wooden shutters opened onto a picaresque Italian scene that could have been from the 18th century. Modern decor quite cool. Within walking distance to everything, plus right next door to attraction in itself, Piazza Navona, which on Saturday night was packed with locals and others having a great time, eating, socialising, there were caricaturists and street performers as well as art students sketching the neoclassical fountain.

We stayed here for 3 nights while traveling through Italy and staying at mostly B & B's. The location is wonderful, right by Piazza Navona and walking distance to all the big sights in Rome. Very near the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Clean room, with neat pop art decor. Rainfall shower head was my hubby's favorite and a rarity in Italy. Helpful, friendly front desk people. We stayed on the 4th floor, which was no problem because there is a lift. Breakfast was my favorite part, as it is an actual American breakfast, which we did not have at any other place we stayed. The front desk gives you vouchers which you use at the cute little cafe across the street. Would definitely stay here again.
