Unfortunately we didn’t have a nice time here, the room doesn’t look like how it does in the pictures on Expedia. We had thick mould all around the window and walls, was very very damp! Obviously a long on going issue that they haven’t sorted out, we should not have been put in that room. No help from the manager, would ignore my messages, refused to change us room as was ‘fully booked’, no offer of a refund or an even a partial refund due to there ‘no refund policy’. Their excuse was that it was an old building! No one should be put in a room with thick mould, no excuses!

Great neighborhood and accessible location to shops, foods, central. Bus stops to take you everywhere. Small room but practical for budget stays in Rome. Staff are amazingly helpful and responsive. Very nice vintage building, calm and cozy, a little touch of maintenance will make it even more suitable. But generally, was a very nice experience.

Virkelig skøn placering hvor man kan gå til alt. Lidt svær at finde første gang, da der ikke er skilte, men adressen/husnummeret er helt korrekt. Super god kommunikation med personalet selvom de ikke var fysisk til stede. Et sparsomt køkken, men fint at kunne stille noget på køl. Eneste store minus var, at vi intet varmt vand havde i løbet af de 3 overnatninger. De havde en servicetekniker ude forbi, men det løste desværre ikke problemet. Jeg håber det er fikset til de næste gæster.

Det var svartmögel i sovrummet, silverfiskar i badrummet och vi saknade varmvatten i två dagar. Inget att rekommendera! Inget att rekommendera, finns mer prisvärda boenden i Rom.
