+ 1) Nice place 2) Good beds 3) Cute balcony 4) Very friendly cleaning-lady (but she doesn't speak English) 5) You can keep your baggage after check-out - 1) We had chosen this place because of the payment with the card and because of coffee machine. Just before our check-in we had received sms that we have to pay with a cash. That was highly disappointed, but we had no time to change the hotel. We thinked, that we could have a cup of coffee after a long trip, but were forced to seek cash machine nearby and to loose some money on the bank's commission. 2) The second big disapointment - there was no coffee capsuls the whole week we lived. And Leonardo unfriendly answered about this that it is not his problem. 3) Place is situated far from the center of real trastevere. 4) Very noisy. Noise from the neighbors and from the street. 5) Ants 6) Bad breakfast

We just got back from 5 nights staying here and are very happy with the room and the service we received. Gabriella was very friendly and helpful, we text her a couple of times during our stay and she responded straight away. The place is modern and tidy with access to a shared kitchenette to make coffees and store items in the fridge. The place is very close to Trastevere Station and about 20 min walk to Trastevere. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here with my partner, both in our twenties for two nights. The hotel is about 150m from the train station and 50m from the nearest tram stop that can take you to all the main points of interest. To town centre is about 10mins on tram. Room is one of 3 or 4 I think, it's a converted apartment within a block so had one kitchen to share if needed Gabriella met us at the room and gave us a great outline of where to go and how to get there which was great, breakfast is provided and is lovely too! I had an issue with the lock on my door (my problem) Gabrielle was over within ten mins to show me what I had done wrong which was really helpful - would definitely come back!

We were greeted by Gabriella who showed us around our room and how to use the coffee machines in the shared kitchen, and gave us plenty of information on how to use transport in Rome to get to historical sites. She gave us her number in case we needed anything, and breakfast was delivered to our door every morning. The room was clean with a small shared balcony, the AC worked well and the bed was 2 mattresses pushed together, but actually very comfortable. There is a tram stop right outside the house to get to historical sites but we walked everywhere - 25 min walk to great restaurants in Trastevere, 40 mins to the Colesseum. Definitely would stay here again.

This is one of several flats in this area that have been converted as B&Bs. It is right on the Viale Trastevere, so very handy for public transport, both bus and tram, that will take you swiftly to the city centre and historic sites. Trastevere itself is a lively area with a good selection of restaurants and bars. We found the place very clean, the beds comfortable, and the AC working. There was shared access to a sink, cooker, microwave and fridge. The area had a range of shops and cafes, one of which took the breakfast vouchers for a good coffee and a breakfast pastry. Minor flaws were a leak around the shower tray, which needs better sealed, and a safe that didn't work. Neither detracted from our enjoyment of a 4-night stay.

Colazione essenziale e solo in camera.
