Do not book this hotel! Its not to standard. Needs to be re-hauled. Needs new paint, thorough cleaning, and water needs to be fixed and hardware. Its so terrible that we couldn't stand it and left as early as we can to transfer to another hotel. Never been to this kind of situation before.

The room had ants crawling over the dishes and bathrooms. We made the front desk aware but wasn’t reached until after we left. They offered a free minibar after we checked out. Once emailed them back they never responded. The room was very untidy and not kept up. Window was broken and lights on the terrace were broken as well. I would never recommend staying at this place to my worse enemy.

Fantastic location and price. The property is a bit older and run down. But it is clean and air conditioned and it does the trick especially if you’re not spending a lot of time in the room. A little odd to me that there is no “do not disturb” as we got a very early start to our days and would take a mid day nap, but housekeeping was very insistent that they had to come in, and then a second person would come in to check the housekeeping so it was a bit disruptive but if you’re out all day you wouldn’t even notice.

Great location

Check-in reception is NOT available until 9 pm, as stated. Did not receive an email about my “late” check-in until the day of and was confused, as original email from hotel confirmed available until 9 pm. Arrived at 5:40 pm and receptionist was still on-site but unwilling to help, kept repeating to read my email. Only after my muttering about her refusal to talk to me did she become more helpful. Not a nice welcome. Made my daughter and I uncomfortable that first night. Different receptionist the following morning was much more friendly and welcoming with finalizing check-in. Room itself was comfortable. Reliable air-conditioning. Quiet room. Very close to subway and many restaurants.

Very good location, very clean, surprisingly good

Booked this hotel for 2 nights, was a bit apprehensive as to what it would be like. Arrived at 11am and our room wasn’t quite ready, the lady on reception was happy to take our bags behind the desk and put them in our room once it was available. She was so helpful, showed us a map of Rome and where to go (places good for shopping, good nightlife areas, she even recommended a restaurant one night called Il Gardinio di Albinio 5 mins away which was lovely). The room was cleaned very well, spotless! We were given new towels each morning and our pjs were even nicely folded. Very comfortable bed in the double comfort rooms! Perfect location, 6mins from Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain, 20 mins from Colosseum and only 15mins cab journey to the Vatican which you could walk in 45mins probably. Some other nice places to eat were Ginger Sapori e Salute and Osteria dell’Ingegno. Highly recommend this hotel! We had the room nearest to reception which was a little noisy but not horrendous, we still managed to sleep!

The should be more careful

I know this would be childish, but I always travel with a teddy bear. When I arrive to the room, after they did the housekeeping, I found my bear in the floor. They should be more careful. At least, if they throw it when I wasn't there, they should pick it up so I didn't noticed. Also, the they we arrive the sink wasn't working, they told us to wait until next day when they fix it.

Nice hotel in great location and friendly staff!

Staff was very nice and helpful. They treated us very nicely. Very happy with check-in process. The room was nice and what we needed for our 1 night stay in Rome. Great location as well! walking distance to Trevi Foutain and many nice restaurants. They also helped us with luggage storage. I would stay here again when I am back in Rome! Thanks

The lady at the reception the day we arrived (Oct. 18, 2017) was very helpful & kind. She patiently guided us using a city map on how to go about the city by metro, taxi, or bus. She also booked our transfer to Civitavecchia.

Nice place with great location

Hotel staff and location are great. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside is walls are thin and being that it is a city you hear normal city noises at night. Would stay here again.
