Excellent location and wonderful service! We had a great stay. The location is excellent – surrounded by nice restaurants and within easy walking distance to Termini station and many major attractions. Our room was very comfortable, featuring effective air conditioning, brand-new beds, and it was perfectly quiet at night. A special thanks to Mario, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

The property is in a great location. It is not far from the bus station,grocery store and a few restaurants up the street. We were also able to walk to most of the major sites. The guy at reception was great and very helpful. We would recommend it.

Carlos was amazing and met us on the street, calling me by name! He carried our luggage up the one flight of stairs, there is no elevator. The room was small but clean and fine for our needs. The refrigerator and microwave was one floor up in a common area. We did not end up using either. Very convenient to the trains/metro/buses.
