I was in Rome for business and decided to book the same hotel i was in the past. My room was clean and with all modern comforts. The bathroom was modern and with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The wi.fi. internet connection was fast i could be connected with all my clients. I had good time thanks to the professional assistance of the hotel staff. They are all very friendly
this hotel is not so big but they offer a personalized service which id not easy to find in many hotels. We had a triple room , it was large, clean, with a modern bathroom and with all modern comforts. The Vatican City is easy to reach by public transportation, the bus stop is in front of the hotel entrance. The staff was professional and friendly. The prices are reasonable . We had good time in this small hotel and will recommend it to our friends
Myself my mum and 2 sister's stayed in this hotel as a celebration for my sister's 50th birthday. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The first room we had was a family room with a small balcony on the 5th floor we asked to move as the noise from the lift was right behind the sofa bed which meant not much sleep. In the morning we asked if we could change rooms as there was also no hot water. We were told that there would be another room available and we could spend the rest of our stay there. It was great very quiet but again no hot water, it was apparently a problem with the boiler which they were very apologetic and done there best to try to sort out. Breakfast was good plenty of choice for continental. Hotel was very well cleaned and reception staff very good busy looking after reception and bar. It was a little far out but public transport just across the road and metro very easy. A taxi from colloseum area was about 15/20 euros if you want to stay out later as the last bus is 12 midnight. Great little hotel with great staff I would definitely return. I think only thing I would do different is have tea coffee making facilities in rooms. But reception do a small pot for 4 euros which was no trouble for reception whenever we asked. A real little gem. This was our 2nd room on the ground floor number 104.
The hotel's staff are friendly, welcoming and outstanding. The rooms are modern style and the bed is comfortable. I had a problem with the air conditioning system but it was repaired immediately. The bathroom is clean but the shower box is small. The breakfast is good. It has its own parking lot in front of the hotel.
They have an outstanding and friendly staff, alway attentive to the client's need. In the elegant breakfast room they offer a reach buffet and the girl at service is very helpful and speaks very well english. The prices of the room are reasonable, they have an excellent value for money. The speed wi.fi.internet conection and the parking place are free of charge. We enjoyed our stay and will, for sure, use this hotel also for our next visit to Rome.
Small hotel , good located , not far away from Vatican city and from historical centre, easy to reach by bus or by subway. They have very competitive prices and offer an excellent service and good room standard. The breakfast is not an american style but any way the buffet is reach . Hotel to keep on mind in a positive way
This Hotel is in walking distance of the metro link around Rome. If you don't want to walk you can use the metro pass for the bus too and the bus stop is opposite the hotel. This Hotel was extremely clean and our room was cleaned every day without fail I absolute could not fault the cleaners at all the best I've seen. The breakfast was simple but good with a choice of toast, pastries, fruit and cereal. The coffee machine was great and I even enjoyed the breakfast tea. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The man behind the desk when we arrived gave us a map and highlighted the main sites, some of which we hadn't planned to see because we didn't know about them. We went to every point on the map and even discovered a zoo! We got to some magnificent view points and also became a lot fitter from the distance we chose to cover on foot. We stayed for 5 nights and we had no complaints what so ever about this hotel. It is also situated close to a fantastic back street pizza take away shop which honestly made the best pizza in Rome. This hotel is also extremely close to a super market which we regularly visited for water and prosecco.
we stayed at the Raganelli hotel in March 2018 for 3 nights we found the room to be large and clean the shower toilet also clean the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard the hotel also offers a shuttle to pick you up from the airport at more or less the same price as a taxi(a nice mini bus clean and roomy) the breakfast was continental but as much as you wanted the staff were very helpful a big thanks to both marco's at the reception/bar great ambassadors for the hotel the drinks are reasonably priced the bar is a little small but ok there is also a roof terrace to take in the views the hotel is about 3 kilometres from the Vatican but there are buses(1-2 euros each way ask reception for the bus numbers and the stop is 50 metres from the hotel) that take you strait there the metro is with-in walking distance all the big attraction are across the river but with in walking distance there is 2 places to have an evening meal 200-300 from the hotel we got a taxi a couple of times from the forum and cost 14 euro's it was a budget hotel but if we go back to Rome this is were we will be staying for sure a great stay thanks to all the staff
Nice and modern small hotel with all modern comforts, located not far away from Vatican and from city centre, easy to reach by public transportation in 10-15 minutes. the room are large and clean. The reach buffet breakfast was with fresh product. We enjoyed our stay and will suggest this hotel to our friends coming to Rome
This hotel is situated on a main road . It’s of modern design both inside and out. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. There is a small car park to the front along with a seating area. This hotel is NOT within easy walking distance of Rome’s attractions. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro, but you can get a bus opposite the hotel. We bought a three day pass at the cigarette kiosk (17 euros each) and this will cover all your transport. Beware, the metro is plagued with pickpockets. We had young girls with babies trying to pick pockets. There are troops at most stations and attractions so you do feel safe to a certain extent. The hotel has a small bar, and you need to ask at reception to be served. A small bottle of beer will cost you 4 euros. Breakfast (continental) is good and well stocked. There is no other food on offer throughout the day so you are required to eat out. There is a vending machine by the bar for a last minute drink or snack. The rooms are of a good size but they do not supply tea coffee making facilities. There is A/C in the rooms and plenty of bedding. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom but nowhere to put your toiletries. There is free Wi-fi throughout the hotel. You can leave your luggage with them on your last day if you have a late pick up. You have to be out of your room by 10 am and have to pay your city tax . This was 12 euros per night, per couple.
