simply but with all modern comforts, with a multilingual friendly staff and a personalised atmosphere. This hotel is not in city centre but is well connected to the Vatican city with public transportation, bus stop just in front of the hotel and Cornelia metro station at 800 mt. The prices are very reasonable. It is an hotel managed with passion from a Family , they have many attention on behalf of their client. I booked a single room and by the check-in they gave me a double single use at no extra charge, the room was comfortable , clean and quite. they have windows with double glass . The wi.fi. internet connection is speed and i could well work with my laptop being in contact oft with my company
This hotel is down as a 4* star hotel.............. Well it isn't, in fact it's a totally different hotel from there website!! The rooms are small and very basic, no tea or coffee making facilities (not even a kettle) the bathroom is very very small with everything on top of each other. The shower rail was hanging off and taps and mirrors were old and worn. The rooms curtains didn't fit and were so long the went into the middle of the room!! I went and asked for a coffee at reception only to be met by the receptionist having a tantrum as he was the only one running the hotel and I had to join a queue, it was like faulty towers!!! The breakfast is continental, very repetitive and not much choice, the coffee was the winner!!! We stayed out all days and treated it as somewhere to get your head down, even that was impossible with road noise and noise from other rooms!! Overall Rome was amazing but the hotel was a farce! It would struggle to get 1 * over here and that's being generous! It is a trek to get to the centre of Rome with a bus and metro service to be used.
before booking this hotel wee checked on trip advisor all reviews and we decided to confirm a double room comfort on their home page. It was a good choice. the staff was very friendly and the room on the 5th floor was clean and large . We spend some of our evening not he hotel terrace on the 5th floor enjoying the sunset. Wwe could park our car free of charge on the private hotel parking place and went in to the city centre by public transportation. Cornelia metro station is at 800 mt. from hotel and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay
My husband and I had booked into this hotel along with two other couples. Whilst I have no complaint about the hotel nor our friends about their rooms our room had this awful smell and we believe it came from the carpet. My husband and I both struggled to breathe during the night and in the morning could not wait to get out in the fresh air. Opening ter window didn't really help . My husband who suffers mild asthma ended up being very sick so much so that the first week of our cruise he could not enjoy himself . I wrote an email explaining what happened and asking they do something about the smell in the room so other occupants didn't suffer. It actually stunk! The hotel did not even respond . Hence I will never stay there again or recommend it.
We have been in the past already in this hotel and had good time. The staff also this time was very friendly with us , we could check in already at 9:30 a.m. , we were tired for our long travel to Rome and it was very comfortable to have suddenly the rom ready in the morning on our arrival. The terrace of the hotel on the 5th floor is a relaxing place to be in the evening enjoying the sunset . The room was clean and quite. Hotel ro recommend . We will for sure book again this hotel for our next stay inRome.
We stayed here for a week and the room was cleaned every day to a high standard, the staff were amazing so friendly, made our stay so much more , the breakfast was lovely something for everyone. Would recommend this hotel 😊😊
for booking an hotel we always check the tripadvisor reviews, we did it the first time we booked this hotel and had good time. for this second tstay we booked this hotel and it was again a good choice. On our arrival in hotel where we booked a double standard they upgrade us in a double superior at no extra charge. We appreciate this attention they had for us because it was our second stay in this hotel. The room was large and quite . The multilingual staff let feel you welcome. Hotel to suggest
I stayed at Raganelli hotel with my mum as a birthday treat. I had booked a double twin room. On arrival it turns out that it meant double/twin but there was no contact made to confirm which was needed. We were told that they would split the beds the next day...it never happened. It's a very basic hotel with no restaurant. Which in my opinion is a shame. The room was very basic and we were stuck on the stop floor but it served a purpose. The staff are very welcoming and willing to help. Whilst it's miles and miles away from the centre of rome the transport links are very easy. We preferred to walk up the road for 20 mins and get the metro instead of the bus as the buses were always packed. We booked a airport shuttle for €50. We expected a lovely little airport shuttle type minibus as the poster Advertised in the hotel stated a luxurious and comfortable shuttle...this was far from luxurious and comfortable and one of the passengers seats were broken. We were also asked for a €36 euro city tax as we checked out. This really should be incorporated in to the cost of the room pppn, we were not told about the city tax when we checked in and it caught us by surprise and left us very short on our last morning in rome. Whilst it was a comfortable stay in the hotel Its unlikely I wouldnt visit again.
we were already in the past in this hotel and had a good experience. We booked again on their home page where we saw a good offer for family of 4 pers.. We booked a family room, it was large, clean and comfortable for 4 persons. from athe small bbalcony there is a nice view. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was with fresh product. We enjoyed our stay and for the future we will again book this hotel also because they have low price and offer a good product.
This was mine and my boyfriend's first holiday together and we couldn't have had a better hotel experience. We arrived at 11am, too early for their advertised 2pm check-in. Within 30 minutes the friendly staff had made up a room for us - amazing service. The first room we were given had a problem with the shower, we were assured this would be sorted in the morning which was no problem. We then had a problem with the toilet as well, around 10pm. We reported this and were instantly moved rooms! The room itself was clean and spacious. The air con worked well, which was much needed in 30C+ heat! The bed was also very comfy. The breakfast buffet was fairly small but had a good range of food and catered for most needs. We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop terrace most evenings from the hotel bar, which I felt was reasonably priced. The only downside is the distance to the centre of Rome. We paid 24 euros each for a 7 day metro pass, with the nearest Metro station, Cornelia being around a 20 minute walk away. Due to the heat we also ended up getting a taxi to the station most days and walking back from it in the cooler evenings. However this is not a fault of the hotel! Overall this hotel really helped make our holiday one to remember. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the overall atmosphere was very calm and relaxing.
