I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Nice service and friendly stuff. In the center of Rome, close to Vatican and colassium, 2 metro(subway) station (stops) away from these locations. In the heart of all the shopping stores.

1 Block from Spanish Steps. Friendly, helpful staff. Not fancy, but immaculate. Tiny elevator not a major problem.

It is not actually a hotel. No lobby, etc. more like a rooming house. It was clean, well decorated but a bit claustrophobic. We did have 3 in the room but even without the 3rd bed I would have felt the same way. The location is great and the room was quiet ( on the backside of the building) even though we were in the middle of a shopping area.

Staff and room were just great, Breakfast on time at my door every morning, staff was very helpful arranging hired car to airport and with directions and suggestions...highly rec. this hotel. location is just great too!

We stayed here 5 nights and it was perfect for what we wanted. A good price, within easy walking distance to everything, friendly and helpful staff. The neighborhood has tons of places to eat, and the beautiful Medici palace is nearby and great for sitting walking or jogging. Breakfast came promptly each morning and was simple but more than enough. The room was standard size for Europe and everything was clean. A great spot if you're looking for cost effective and great location.

This hotel is surrounded by 5 star hotels and is in a perfect location for exploring and eating out. It is clean. The decoration is dated but very Italian. The staff is very helpful. You can not do better for this price.

This hotel is in a great location. It is very close to the Spanish Steps and lots of shopping. Unlike other reviews I read, it was quiet and we had no noise issues. On the other hand: the hotel is minimal-everything. It is on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex (private). When you walk in, you walk down a narrow hall to an old elevator, too small for luggage and people. There is no lobby, no eating area, no amenities as in a hotel. The room was small with only one small window off to the side, other than that - you are surrounded by wall/wallpaper. The ceilings were high but anyone with claustrophobia issues would not like it here. The location is great but I would prefer to stay in a hotel next time in the same neighborhood.
