Apartment located on the fifth floor with lift of a characteristic building from the 1950s which offers a beautiful, very green internal courtyard equipped with benches. The unique property of its kind enjoys a wonderful terrace with a teak floor, a direct view of the dome of San Pietro and the Prati district, a furnished terrace with outdoor living room, table with chairs, deckchairs for sunbathing, all surrounded by many pots with plants of different types. The interior of the property is composed of an entrance with armchair, a large living room with two very large windows which, in addition to a wonderful brightness, offer a unique view of the dome of St. Peter. Living room furnished with table and chairs, corner with smart TV and sofa bed, this environment is completed by a kitchenette equipped with oven.
