Summary:

In the heart of Rome's historic centre, steps from Campo de' Fiori, this apartment welcomes up to 3 guests. Two separate bedrooms, a full bathroom and a kitchen area make it ideal for a couple or a small family. The cobbled lanes of Rione Regola surround you, with Trastevere just across Ponte Sisto. A genuine base for exploring the city on foot.

The Space:

Entire apartment on two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second a single bed, for a total of 3 guests. There is one full bathroom with shower. The kitchen area is equipped for preparing meals, with a dining space. Comforts include air conditioning, heating, washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi.

Beds are made up for the number of guests booked; different configurations should be requested in advance. We provide one towel set per person (body towel + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

Rione Regola is one of the most atmospheric corners of central Rome. Campo de' Fiori and its morning market are a short walk away, surrounded by trattorias, wine bars and artisan workshops. Ponte Sisto leads directly into Trastevere, while Piazza Navarro, the Pantheon and the Tiber riverside are all within easy walking distance. A lively yet authentic neighbourhood, perfect for discovering the city on foot.



Getting Around:

The area is best explored on foot, with most landmarks within walking distance. Several bus lines run along nearby Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Lungotevere. The apartment is inside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), so arriving by car is not recommended. From Fiumicino airport: Leonardo Express train to Termini, then taxi or bus; or a direct taxi. From Ciampino airport: shuttle bus to Termini or a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 6:00 PM the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

For stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings available for a fee (same rate applied at booking).

Luggage storage: we partner with Radical Storage, with storage points all over Rome. Guests get 10% off with our dedicated code.

When contacting us via phone or email, always state the name of the property and the check-in date.

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

We communicate in Italian, English, Spanish and French.

The apartment is on the first floor and the building has no lift; the single flight of stairs is easily manageable.
