Clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff, good choice of breakfast. Close to Termini station and for us was within easy walking distance to most areas of Rome we wanted to see. Overall great value for money.

We spent a week in Rome and in this hotel. It is very basic with drab décor, but clean. Staff were courteous but never a smile from anyone. Breakfast was decent. Close to the trains/tram stations so you get the noise of them passing every hour or so. Not a particularly nice part of the city - dirty, unkept.

Th eposition of the hotel is close to the subways and also public transport. Its in a lane but the distance is quite walkable. Good rooms and the breakfast platter is quite impressive. There are some restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.

I've just spent 5 days in that hotel and I was very satisfied. First of all, it is good located, 15mins slow walk from Termini train station with it's all strategic connections (to Fumicino Airport too). There are two options for Metro - Manzoni Station not so far away and Termini Station (as said before 15 mins by foot - slowly). The hotel staff is extremely kind both at the reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are decent and very clean. The hygiene is at the high level. Within the hotel there is a small garden where you can sit throughout the day. Very near the hotel (50m away) are several restaurants with acceptable prices. Free wireless Internet access with username and password are included in the price. Keep in mind that it is a 3 star hotel and for the price I've got a top service. I've attached a screenshot of the googlemap with hotel location (blue ring) and Manzoni Metro station (violet ring) All in all very good note from me.

The hotel is in walking distance of Termini Station on a busy street. The nearby surroundings are not attractive, but the nearest Emme Più supermarket is about 400m, the same direction is a few simple restaurants, 700m metro station. The Coliseum can be reached by walk, it is about 2.5 km. The hotel staff is pleasant, our short stay was without any problems. The rooms are really small but clean. It's a budget hotel, you will get what you paid for. Breakfast was good, fresh. Good free WIFI.

Positive things: Comfortable bed - Staff helpful - Good breakfast - Price(Thanks AMOMA) - Close to Termini and tram stop 2 mins from there to Colosseum etc. Negative: - Once the cleaning lady left our door open(positive:nothing got stolen, they have cameras...) - The ROOM very NOISY, you can hear the neightboor flushing the toilet... - Very few international TV channels - Room not well maintained(shoulda paint the rooms, fix/buy new shower)

When we first arrived at the hotel the lady at the desk was uninterested in helping us check in and was more interested in talking to her friend who was stood by the desk. The room was tiny with wafer thin walls and the noise from outside was horrendous especially in the evening, the noise from other rooms was just as bad it felt that they were in the room with you. The surrounding area wasn't great but like some other people reviewing we never felt unsafe. The breakfast was very good, and a couple of the other staff were lovely so it wasn't so bad but there was just too much of a downside and I would strongly recommend against staying there.

We have visited this hotel for holidays. We have stayed there for 4 days. Our accommodation was very nice the staff is really kind.the room was satisfied and beautiful.the breakfast was given a lot of choices ant the espresso was delicious.the only bad thing was an annoying smell from the toilet in the hotel.

The hotel was ok and the rooms were clean, but there were a lot of down sides and I don't think I would go there again. First: it is not the best quarter of the cities: dark and isolated, and far away from the center. In the evenings we didn't feel comfortable at all walking on those streets to our hotel. Also very very noisy! We were there for 3 nights, 2 of them in the weekend. It was very loud! Some people were talking and laughing loud almost all night, I don't know if they were outside or in the next room but it sounded like they were in the same bed with me! I am sorry to give bad reviews but I would not go there again....

This was a good hotel, the room was small but was very clean and had everything we needed including a fridge, a kettle and hairdryer. There was even a free safe to use which let you set your own code. The free WiFi was reliable. There are also maps next to the front desk which are an absolute must in rome due to the crazy amount of side streets, we wouldn't have found anything without them. The breakfast had a decent continental section including delicious pastries. The hotel is located very close to the train station which can be very loud at times but for the price of the hotel we couldn't complain. The neighbourhood is somewhat to be desired with a lot of intimidating characters around but if you exit the hotel and turn right we found it was a quicker and safer way to get to the colloseum and other areas of rome. Overall it was a nice hotel, if you are on a budget I would recommend staying here.
