Perfect place for our 4 night stay, close to Termini central station and 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum and 5 minutes from the metro station, breakfast real good, nice restaurants in the area. Clean and comfortable. Recommend 😉

We were really looking forward to this break and exploring Rome, but the hotel let us down badly. The air conditioning in the room was clearly faulty. There was a continuous loud noise, even though we had switched it off, which every so often would be accompanied by a few minutes of what sounded like a loud drill kicking in, it was absolute hell. My husband went down to reception but the receptionist couldn’t have been more disinterested and just shrugged her shoulders and said “nobody here”, he asked to be moved but again was told “nobody here”. The next day we reported it again, came back in the evening but it was just the same. By night 3, pretty much cried all through the night from tiredness! Only went down to breakfast twice, by day 3 & 4 we just wanted to be out of the hotel as couldn’t stand it any longer. Really unhelpful staff, even giving directions seemed like a big ask. The area was not great, most buildings covered in graffiti and in a poor state. Ruined our first trip to Rome as we were too tired to properly appreciate everything during the day due to the lack of sleep at night. Would never return to this hotel and would not recommend. Very disappointed.

Very clean and comfortable room. Continental breakfast excellent. Near to good restaurants -turn left outside hotel and walk straight up street for 5 mins and restaurants in road on left. Staff friendly, although reception staff could be more helpful . A typical small city centre hotel suitable for a short stay. Near to train terminal so very handy if you want to travel outside Rome or for the Port. Walking distance from Coliseum.

Good location near the train station - neighbourhood looked a bit 'dodgy'on first impressions being a back street with much graffiti, but found to be safe enough. Room was adequate for fee paid - it was good to have a bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Room big enough and clean enough - sound did carry through the walls with toilets flushing and showers going, - also ongoing trams going past the hotel night and day. Breakfast quite ok to prepare you for a day out and about - staff on desk not all that approachable and could give customers a warmer welcome and smile. Easy enough to get around to the sights from here and enough eating places nearby

This establishment should not be a hotel, more like a hostel. The room booked for us by Cruisenation was disgusting. Everything is dated and in the dressing table we found a broken glass and an old sandwich that the prevous guest had left behind! The shower head was full of dry soap and the shower spray dirty, full of scale. After two phone calls from Rome to Cruise Nation in the UK, we were offered an upgraded room. The so called upgraded room wasn't much better! It was bigger but the "cleaning" was of the same standard. In the dressing table drawer instead of broken glass and old food, we found someone's hairs!! Also, this "hotel" is very near a railway line and the trams run, constantly, outside the hotel entrance. Result: you cannot rest because of the constant noise. Never again!!

We always stay at the parker hotel every time we visit Rome ,it is convenient to a lot of the sites we visit ,, the staff are so helpful and friendly ,and it has the best breakfast as well. , rooms are clean and comfortable. Hope to visit soon again

It is a very nice hotel. Nice people. Very clean. Breakfest various. Not so close to center but code to the Manzoni station. Yes It is a lot of noise in the hotel but you are so tired that you don t notice. A beautiful terrace. We were pleased with our staing there.

Stayed from 5th - 8th of October. It was close to the Roma Central railway station ( about 20 minutes walk ). Room was spacious and clean. Decent breakfast. Checkin and check out was quick. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many restaurants.

Clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff, good choice of breakfast. Close to Termini station and for us was within easy walking distance to most areas of Rome we wanted to see. Overall great value for money.

We spent a week in Rome and in this hotel. It is very basic with drab décor, but clean. Staff were courteous but never a smile from anyone. Breakfast was decent. Close to the trains/tram stations so you get the noise of them passing every hour or so. Not a particularly nice part of the city - dirty, unkept.
