This hotel had absolutely no personal service. We NEVER saw a person at the front desk, supplies were occasionally replenished, leaks in the shower over the floor. If we wanted supplies we would have to forage through the maid’s closet for toilet paper, coffee pucks, sugar etc. I would never recommend this place!

Terrible customer service - great location.

Despite ringing the number provided on the website numerous times to arrange a late check-in there was no answer (it later transpired that they had posted the wrong phone number - their fault) and then there was no one there to let us into the building when we arrived on our first night. We were forced to book another hotel for that night. They then refused to refund us despite not letting us use the room. Once we did get inside the room there was damp and peeling paint in the bathroom and the bedroom was not in great shape either. Despite this I would say that the hotel is in a great location and reasonably priced (assuming they actually allow you to access your room). Probably wouldn’t stay there again - would find somewhere in the same area)

Basement rooms

Pictures show cute modern rooms and at first glance it is true. One important bit of info for some sensitive persons. These are somewhat musty basement rooms with poor ventilation especially in the windowless bathrooms and the steam from showers has cause some rust and decay that shows, though the cleaning service seems to be thorough the moisture is a tough one to fight. They have provided a small but not effective dehumidifier in the rooms, so to a degree they are trying to address the issue.

Good position in Trastevere. Unfortunately the Air Con wasn’t working, and it happened to be the hottest day in Rome. Having said that , both girls at front desk were fantastic. Arranged for an airport pick up and drop off. Which made life so much easier.

Great location and excellent A/C for summer time!

Had a great time....area was loaded w/ restaurants and markets. Close to the River Tiber and crossing the bridge to get easy access to the bus stops. Had a wonderful a/c, which was wonderful because Rome was having a heat wave upwards of 100 degrees. Private entrance to 4 rooms. Very safe and secure. Recommend!

This hotel was in a great location - Trastevere is beautiful and full of great restaurants and bars, away from the insane crowds in the city center but still within walking distance (20-30 minutes) of the major sights. That being said, the room is very small and not particularly comfortable. Great budget option for 1 or 2 nights, however I would not recommend for a longer stay. The check-in process was confusing because we were looking for "NL Trastevere," however this property is operated under "Hotel Domus Tiberina" which was a few doors down from the address provided.

Cozy Stay in Trastevere

We originally booked an AirBnB in the same neighborhood, but we're unpleasantly surprised with the conditions of the facility. In the same day, we booked a triple room at NL Trastevere and were so thrilled with the excellent, last minute accommodations! The staff was lovely, the room was airy, clean and comfortable. The street was near silent at night, but super close to nightlife, great restaurants and bars. The staff even arranged for a car to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. The pricing was incredibly reasonable (actually cheaper than our AirBnB) and very competitive for the neighborhood. Close proximity to downtown Rome, public transit and major attractions. Only thing that was lacking was WiFi, but honestly can't blame them when they're working with such old buildings and thick stone walls. Also, there wasn't an iron/ironing board, which would have been helpful, but not a deal breaker. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone traveling to Rome!

Perfect location in Trastevere

We arrived late after check in but they were very accomodating leaving a set of instructions how we could get our key & get to our room. The room & bathroom are slightly small but everything is super comfortable & clean. The only con is the walls are really thin so you can hear your neighboors in the hallway & opening/closing their doors. The rooms look brand new. Wifinworks great & fast & the staff at reception are very helpful. It's in a more quiet area of Trastevere which is our favorite area of Rome if you're not into sightseeing. If you want to still see the major sight everything is a 10-20 minute walk from the Pantheon to the Colosseum. Trastevere is a great place to explore & also has some of the best restaurants in the city!

A Modern Room Close to Attractions.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Considering it is located in the Trastevere neighborhood (about a 15-20 minute walk from the historic area of Rome), and its relatively cheap price, we expected something equivalent to a 2-star hotel in the US. It was very nicely appointed with a lot of modern upgrades, and suited us perfectly. We were only looking for a place a few nights, and since we were out and about for around 12 hours a day we didn't need much beyond a comfortable bed and a clean, private bathroom.

Great location in a cool neighborhood!!

We booked a double room in the hotel and arrived quite late. Check in is done from 8 am to 8 pm but the room was waiting for us and we had no problem with getting there late. Room was clean and welcoming, with a cool roman atmosphere. It wasn't luxurious but we had all we needed, bathroom is a bit small though. Staff was really nice and helpfull. For a few days in Rome it was just perfect. You could hear the outside quite loud inside the room but it wasn't an issue for us. Great room for the price we paid!

Quite location in heart of Traverstere

Loved the location, soft bed, good sheets, modern bath and quiet first floor room. After days of walking, the room was a well needed reprieve that was prefect for sleeping.

Slet litt med å finne hotellet, da det ikke har store skilter, slik typiske hoteller har. Taxien ville heller ikke kjøre frem til inngangen, da hotellet ligger i en smal sidegate - dermed slet vi med å finne fram. Resesjonen ligger helt inntil noen av rommene, hotellet kan best beskrives som et rekkehus med, på flere innganger med hybler, med en resepsjon i gangen. Renholdet var ok, flott at det var Aircondition og kaffemaskin på rommet, men vi savnet hyppigere skifte av håndklær, da luftfuktigheten, kombinert med temperatur og aircon gjorde det vanskelig å tørke håndklærne mellom dusjene. Hyggelig resepsjonist, synd de ikke hadde frokosttilbud. Heldigvis er det mange koslige små frokoststeder noen steg unna døra. Rolig nabolag, litt langt å gå til alle severdigheter, men med taxi, eller sparkesykkeltilbudet i byen går det som en lek! Trafikkbildet er dog et mareritt for oss fra en ikke-storby. Alt i alt, et OK+ Hotell, men sammenlign priser og plassering før du bestiller

La struttura è comodissima per raggiungere Trastevere, il Circo Massimo e in generale il centro di Roma. Non so se tutte le camere sono uguali ma la mia (27) aveva un unico grande problema: la doccia striminzita nella quale non sono riuscito ad entrare per cui se siete persone esili la doccia è ok ma se come me siete oltre i 90 kg troverete difficoltoso se non impossibile il suo utilizzo
