Love the staff!! So helpful and friendly, especially Danouta at the front desk! Love the location, right at the top of Via Veneto, convenient to transportation and beautiful Borghese gardens. If you are a runner or stroller, this is your hotel--shopping and restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

This hotel is a great value in Rome. Hotel is in a fairly new building with nice accommodations, free wifi, and free breakfast. Breakfast is more expansive than most and be sure to ask about getting an omelette made from hotel staff. Also check out the gym for a free bottled water!

I visit the NH Vittorio Veneto quite often for work, the location is ideal. Shopping and dining in the area is close and accessible. The hotel is beautiful and clean and very well kept. On this particular visit I brought my best friend for his very first time in Rome and the treatment from the staff was as if family had arrived which made our trip so much more memorable. Valentina and the rest of the front desk staff assigned us an amazing room with a view of the Villa Borghese gardens and made my friend’s first time in Rome a trip to recall many many years from now! Grazie Valentina, Pino, Salvatore ci avete fatto un’esperienza INDIMENTICABILE!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for a week while attending a conference that was held in the facilities provided by the hotel. The private hotel room I was assigned was very nice and it had good wifi, and a decent sized desk, which is important for a work related trip. The only problem I encountered was that my sink was small and did not drain very well. Daily breakfast was included in the hotel arrangement and there was lots of choice and good quality food. The conference facilities were also effective. Lunch was provided every day through the meeting and was also very well done, with excellent food and lots of choice.

The hotel is quite large. I stayed in bigger room with nice bathroom. However the A/C (heating) was not working. The breakfast is good with plenty of options and the a la carte menu has some nice options to choose from. However, all in all, the price for the quality is too high. The metro station is approx 5 minutes or less from the hotel and from there you can reach the center in 10-15 mins or so. The staff is so-so. Some are okay however only staff member that I can say was cheerful and always ready to help was Mr. Luca. He was always smiling and seemed really kind.

Simple no frills hotel. The hotel is in a decent location and some of the higher rooms offer a great view of the gardens adjacent, with sunset - however don't choose the hotel just for this. A short walk away, decent restaurants and bars available. Cleanliness a bit of an issue - bathroom was "stinking" as had not been cleaned / aired properly and also migrated to the room. Breakfast has a good spread but once it is busy, cutlery, cups, mugs is a problem - surely.. Besides these issues, a good hotel with good basic amenities.

We have stayed in this hotel with the family, that is 2 rooms with 3 people. Great location overlooking the gardens of Villa Borghese. At the top of a downhill descent toward Plaza di Spagna, Plaza Venetia, and all the nice areas of the city center. Very, very nice rooms. Breakfast is included in the room price but bakery is not so fresh although choice is large. The real plus is the friendliness of the staff. In six days we have met lots of people and I cannot recall anyone of was not smiling and helpful in any manner possible. Special mention of Salvadore at the bar and dinner. Do not hesitate any minute to stay there.

This is a hotel located on a great location near the Villa Borghese. However it very dated and the rooms are functional at best. Do not go if you expect real luxury or comfort - it just need to be updated... The food in the restaurant is average but nothing more... Service at reception could do with being a touch more friendly and frankly is a reaction of the hotel as a whole.. Good location but very very average.

A 2-night and too brief visit to Rome. Hotel was perfect for business trip - great location, comfortable, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

Although located close to via Veneto and Villa Borghese Gardens etc., the hotel has a terrible position trapped between heavy congested roads. Its design is that of a modern box with trimmings and has an overly complicated entrance. The charm of the receptionist faded when, upon finding that our room was designed for disabled people (not us) and unwelcoming, we asked for a change of room (which was granted). General cleanliness was adequate but there were enough specific faults to warrant a 'poor' rating.
