Three-room apartment on the first floor, quiet and bright, overlooking the gardens of the Botanical Garden and the property's private courtyard. Consisting of a double bedroom with bathroom and large wardrobe; single bedroom with wardrobe and desk, a second bathroom and living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi, smart TV, hairdryer, iron and courtesy bathroom line. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available for guests. The area is very quiet despite being located in the heart of Trastevere, a short walk from bars, restaurants and services.
The parking lot is in the courtyard of the property. Staff on site from 9:30 to 16:00.

The ZTL is normally active from: Monday to Saturday from 6.30 to 10.00 and from Friday to Saturday from 21.30 to 15.00 (subject to change).

Lovely apartment and perfect location

we met with the host on arrival and she was just lovely. She spoke perfect English and was really helpful. First impressions were really good, beautiful apartment and location was amazing, parking provided too which was great. Apartment was a little bit smaller than the photos suggested but this was ok for us. I loved the fact we had parking although we had to be careful about the ‘zone Attiva’. It was active on one of the evenings we were returning. Need to speak with the property owners and get in contact with poliza to let them know we were staying in the area so we don’t get a fine. There was a small plumbing issue in one of the showers )it didn’t drain properly) but again this was minor on the overall scheme of things. Very pleasant stay overall.

Great apartment in a convenient location

The property manager was great, we were delayed and arrived without our luggage and she met us when we arrived and helped with places to buy clothes and toiletries. The place was beautiful with great views of thr botanic gardens.
