Staff excellent on check in. Really friendly, and worked hard to make sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was fine in the morning. A lot of the facilities are poorly maintained. The radiator in the room was broken on hot setting. The climate control was broken - only made it hotter. I had to use a different lift depending on going up or down as some of the buttons were unresponsive. The area around the hotel was less than inviting, dirty, and a lot of cars parked on the street had broken windows, etc. On the positive side, it was close to where I wanted, had secure parking and there is a restaurant down the street which was excellent. If you have business in the area, then it's fine for a night, maybe two, but i wouldn't book it for a family holiday to Rome.
Our first trip to Rome but was not impressed by the hotel. Broken shower head and cracked sink, broken remote control, not one English Channel, asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1 despite asking again, had dinner at the hotel one night which was awful and so we went to bed hungry! Broken toilet seat which didn't get fixed and to name many more'😕 Would not recommend.
I was staying there 3 nights as a driver and must say the sleep was very well! I did not like the toilet cleanlesness (it was dirty!!) and the breakfast - food is below average and narrow choice. No local products aswell. Staff look a little disorientated, like they have no clue of tourism - maybe its a typical italian thing :) Parking looks unsafe, many broken windows on the floor, probably burglar neighbourhood.
Substandard place , nothing in place... horrible restaurant , will have to wait for long to get an order on your table.... No adequate staff , A single guy has to serve all the customers 😰....@ the restaurant in the evenings....Breakfast is average.....Very small rooms .....Not the choice for standard people.👎🏻..........Sants
Practically no wardrobe in the room, no minibar, receptionists not really professional and disappointing breakfast. At least the room is clean. 3* just because it's usually cheap (3 beds room), otherwise 2*.
Me and my Sister visited Rome in August this year.We loved the hotel,Room and Food and it is exactly opposite to a Mall.So we enjoyed shopping too.The rooms were decent,Food was good and staff was courteous.Hotel is well maintained
We stayed 2 nights in a twin room, the shuttle bus was a big plus but it is only a 6 seater and u have to book the night before. Wasn't a problem for us but peak season may be a different story. The first night we decided to stay in the hotel for dinner, big mistake! Stale rolls re-heated food and staff that really don't care! The room itself was spacious and clean and the reception staff were very polite and helpful. All in all it was satisfactory but I would not stay there again!
Stayed for 3 nights. We saw one lady's handbag was get stolen at brekafast restaurant. Hotel public area was not safe. On the second night, they somehow put an extra bed in our room. When we asked them to remove, the person who picked up the phone said, he doesn't know how to remove as he is not from housekeeping and there is no housekeeping at that time (7pm) and no one can help us. then he even said "Tomorrow morning, you can talk to housekeeping directly". No service-mindset to asssit the customer at all. We also had problems with housekeeping, they left our clothes on the floor which I laid on the sofa. The towel and tooth brush were also dropped on the floor after housekeeping cleaned up the room. I don't clean up the room properly. We will never come back again to this hotel.
Went there last December with family. Check-in process was very slow. After receiving the key, everyone went up the rooms but couldn't open the door. Key cards couldn't be read so we had to go back to the lobby to change the cards. Surprisingly, the process to simply exchange key cards took longer than the check-in process. The wifi was incredibly bad to the point that I couldn't even use google. The room was ok however in the bathroom, the shower stand was loose. It looked like it was going to drop anytime, which indeed happened when I tried to place the shower head on it. It dropped on me but thankfully it didn't land on my head. Later on I called the reception to inform about this issue. And the reply I received was "what do you want me to do." After some time, they finally decided to send someone up. And the person decided to fix it by simply pasting tape to stick the shower head back. Later in the night, it dropped again but this time, on its own. In conclusion, I wouldn't come back here again.
You would need a car I think to get here but this hotel is worth it. I was suspicious at the price but was very pleased. The rooms are larger than normal, rather spartan in furnishings but everything worked including the Internet which was one of the fastest I've used in Rome. Breakfast on the shaded terrace was very pleasant and quite good with a selection of meats (including bacon) and fresh pastries. That breakfast for the price of the room makes this a great place to stay. Free public parking across the street or underground in the hotel garage at 6€ a night can't be beat in Rome. Highly recommend.
