This is an OK hotel if you’re willing to sacrifice comfort for a convenient location. We found out that if we waited for nicer hotels to put their rooms on sale last-minute, we could stay in much nicer rooms for the same price. Pros: The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The location is quite good if you’re looking to stay centrally downtown. The rooms were clean and provided the basic amenities. The breakfast was decent and fairly priced, considering that breakfast options can be somewhat limited in the area. We didn’t think the breakfast views that some people mention in other reviews were that great - nothing special. Cons: The walls of our room looked worn and dirty. If you leave your windows open during any time of the day, you will be bombarded with sounds from the city during all times of the day and night. (Thankfully, no sound when the windows are closed and there is AC.) The shower is tiny and doesn’t leave much room to move around. If you’re not staying on the first couple floors, you’ll either have many stairs to climb or wait for the lift that is frequently in use.

Had hard time to iron my clothes. They don’t use electric iron in the hotel. The reception asked me to walk 20 minutes in order to find a place where to iron. Never seen that before.

Quick check in and out. Staff was helpful and accommodating with my husband and I leaving in the middle of the night to go take night photography (they lock up after a certain hour). Rooms were clean, breakfast had a wide tasty variety of foods, hotel within walking distance to everything, and it was quiet at night. I would stay with them again any day!

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the woman at the front desk. The hotel is very close to the Trevi Fountain, 3-5 minute walk. Perfect location since the Trevi Fountain is in the middle of all the tourist sites. Had breakfast there every day and the breakfast was good and only 4 euros (great price for what you get: bacon, eggs, sausage, bread, yogurt, etc.).

All staff were courteous and extremely helpful. I travelled with my elderly parents and had to go back to the hotel to allow them to rest in between sightseeing and our room was always clean and ready when we returned. The lady who cleaned our room greeted us daily with such genuine warmth that I looked forward to seeing her. The lady at the buffet that worked M-F made delicious cappuchino and was always pleasant. The buffet did not change but there was plenty to choose from. I quite liked the orange drink. Our third floor superior room was noisy because it faced the street but it was not unbearable. I thought the price is a bit high for a 3 star hotel but then everything is expensive in Rome. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotels were nice, clean, helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate. Locations were excellent, especially Rome. Near metro, ruins, spanish steps, etc.

Very friendly hotel employees. Excellent location, extremely clean. Fantastic free breakfast and coffee. Steps away from attractions.

the hotel was just fine. great central location perfect to everywhere in historical rome. our room was not one of the more remodeled one, but was fine. the bathroom door never quite opened up due to the sink and when sitting on the toilet your knees hit the wall, but otherwise it was fine. the front desk staff however were the brightest part. everyday they were helpful and accommodating. finding places on our maps, inquiring about hours for restaurants, and just being generally friendly and considerate all the time. they seemed to know everything about us from our messages too. the breakfast was also pleasingly filling. not the usually skimpy fare, but it was identical every day of the 6 days we were there. no variety, but plenty of food. we would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

The hotel accidentally messed up the dates of our reservation and didn't have any rooms available the first night we got there. To apologize and not inconvenience us, they put us up in their sister hotel (Hotel White - 4 Stars) for the evening. It was their presidential suite with two floors, bedrooms and bathrooms! They also transported our stuff back to our Tritone room the next day at our convenience. The room was beautifully designed, perfectly clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and location was great! Would absolutely recommend.
