The hotel needs a good renovation. WiFi was very poor and weak signal. Our room had steps to arrive to and with luggage’s difficult to get to. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is so central.

Location was perfect, bus stops across the road and just round the corner from Trevi fountain and within walking distance of other sites. Having read the reviews (the hotel is on a Main Street) I had requested a quiet room, with a balcony if possible. I was given 102, to the side of the hotel which was great. I had a balcony and the traffic did not bother me at all. I had a double bed, there was plenty of wardrobe space, a desk and as I booked direct with the hotel, a kettle with tea/coffee etc - a must for me! The bathroom was fine, the shower great (lovely hot water) and toiletries were included. The towels were thick and soft. For breakfast, I stuck with the bacon and scrambled eggs with toast although there were plenty of other cold options. I did find the bacon cold on a couple of occasions, I couldn't even cut it one day and had to leave it, but I didnt go hungry! The lift was amazing! This hotel was just perfect for me and I would def stay here if I go to Rome again.

A lovely little hotel only a few hundred metres from the Trevi, Pantheon, piazza navarone and Spanish steps in the centre of Rome. As with any oldish building we had a few problems, notably very little hot water, but the welcoming staff and great location more than made up for it. Lovely breakfast every morning too. Highly recommended

Stayed here for 2 nights as a last minute city break to Rome. We had a twin room which although was different to how it looked in the photos when booking, was ideal for what we required. Was quite spacious, modern and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful and hotel is situated in a brilliant location for amenities and attractions. Only a couple of negatives from our stay: The lift did not work therefore there was a lot of stairs to walk to our room. As it wasn't working we also missed out on seeing the roof terrace. Additionally the doors are not soundproof and was woken up early on both mornings dues to doors slamming and works being carried out on the lift by workman. Despite this, i would definitely stay again!

This hotel is quaint and has antique features but comfortable and is ideally situated for site seeing. Would happily recommend to other visitors, there's some nice restaurants nearby and the Trevi Fountain is literally around the corner!

Surprisingly spacious comfortable room for Mid Range category. Exceeded our expectations for a city centre room at this price. We requested and got got a room at the back which was very quiet although main street turned out to be not too crazy. Kettle in room but not mentioned. Small but lovely old lift. Reception staff very nice. Spotlessly clean. Safe location Location excellent, near to supermarket and plenty of bus stops which will get you most places in one journey. Sited midway between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Berberini Metro about 800 metres away linking to termini but you can also get a bus which will do same and stop is close to hotel entrance. Except for Vatican all tourist locations are walkable from here

In the heart of Rome. Fountain of Trevi, Spanish Steps are very close. Other major attractions are within a 20-30min walk. Lots of great restaurants close by.Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Good size bedroom, bathroom and shower.

Hotel ist very central located, Service and breakfast are ok. Excellent place to visit Rome. A lot of TV programs where available in foreigns languages, but not one german TV Program. Cleaning outside the romms should be improved.

Stayed 4 nights, room very comfortable and a good shower. Breakfast choice is excellent and the roof top room is a lovely location. Overall the hotel is a great location from which to explore all the major sites on foot. Lots of good Osterias and Pizzerias nearby too. Its also easy to get to from the airport as not far from Metro stop. Would stay again.

Central location close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Beautiful antique lift and marble staircase. We had a room on the street side - so noisy even with shutters. Time they got double glazing. The bathroom was very old with a shower over a narrow bath. Almost imposible to not flood the floor. Little things that disapoint - polystyrene cups for your in room coffee/tea, a wad of toilet paper to fix a broken toilet roll holder, rotting wooden door frame. Definately time to renovate.
