- rooms are old, small and rather stinky. beds are uncomfortable, furniture is old, bed sheets are not always clean, some rooms had ants and hairs in the toilette, rubbish in the wardrobes, hairs and spots on bed sheets, even blood stains on towels!!! Some toilettes didn’t even have any toilette brush. TV sets don’t really work properly, WI-FI: There is no WI-FI free of charge. Each person must pay 3 euro per day to get the password which is individual and can’t be shared. Are there still hotels that ask for money to give a WIFI password? Seriously? Breakfasts are extremely poor and food is stale and no good quality. The hotel is located in an extremely bad and dangerous area, with drug dealers and prostitutes . Not a safe place for students at all! Apart from the night-shift receptionist and the personnel from the kitchen (Osman super nice and friendly!), the rest of the personnel hasn’t been helpful at all, even unpleasant at times, especially the hotel responsible, Mr Prijo, who has always been extremely rude and unhelpful.
A simple hotel which does a B&B. The rooms are pretty Spartan, but then, you are paying very little money for them. If you just need somewhere to rest your weary head, it's perfect. Very helpful staff.
Small but clean rooms. Good service. Bad neighborhood. The hotel personnel was good and helping. WI-FI was 5€/device for 72h ... and that is something that was ok in 2004, but for 2017 it seemed a bit of a "give me money for the air you breathe". Had room 121 ... don't stay in 121 or 125, the kitchen fan was broken and woke us up at 6:30 each morning, despite asking them to do something about it.
I stayed in the hotel from 24 february to 27 february. It's a fair hotel for the price i paid. The hotel is located in the Manzoni area. You can easy walk 10 minutes to the metro station. From here you can reach any important tourist attraction. The reception was very nice and answered my every request with a smile. Also the breakfast guy is like superman trying to clean all ten tables. I like this types of hotels with interaction. The rooms are not so big, but you can manage this inconvenient. The shower has a fix head and this is a minus. Also the beds, or my bed made alot of noises. They dont have a minibar, but they clean the rooms everyday. I gave 4 stars mostly for the staff.
Location is very good, close to many important sites and the train station. Is a small Hotel, with clean and cozy rooms, bathroom was to small, hard to get in. Good breakfast !! The staff was very kind and helpful.
it's ok, clean, they change towels every day.. bathroom is very small.. it's noisy - you can hear conversation from another room.. breakfast is the same every morning, cheese, salama, toast, sometimes croissants - if you are early enough.. wi-fi is 5 euros for 72 hours, for ONE device!
Room is cozy but it is not a problem if you mostly sleep in this room after whole day of sightseeing. But it's loud. You can hear everything from the street, even bit louder conversation, and Italoan people loves to use their car horns also during dark night. I think that tight windows with better quality of glass would be a good solution here. But... Staff is really nice and helpful and you'll have a breakfast in price even if in your reservation there was no option to book a breakfast.
The hotel was clean. The receptionists were kind and helpful. The room was really small, I barely fit in the shower. Unfortunately the wifi is not free but it is not that expensive and it's fast. The breakfast was good, maybe they should change the variety of cold cuts because there were only 3 types every morning, and one kind of cheese. If you want to stay in Rome in a clean place for a fair price, it is a good choice.
We had a lovely stay at Tempio Di Pallade, hotel was lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and dining area. Good base to visit the sites from. Shower was a little compact but ok. Yes we would visit again.
We was transferred here from our hotel, so the receptionist was nice, but it's real a lot of noise because of train station across the street. The room was small but pleasant. For breakfast we had 1 type of cheese, 2-3 types of meet and some sweet pastry, which unfortunately was cold. Sothe hotel is ok - location is good with consideration that city center and termini is around 10-15 min from there, and here you'll find supermarket and good food. But be ready for noise and vibrations 24/24.
