Gem of a hotel in Rome!

Wonderful stay in a fabulous location! Welcoming and friendly staff were most accommodating and helpful with our needs and questions. Well-appointed rooms. Delicious buffet breakfast. Great restaurant and gelato vendor on either side of the lovely entrance. We can’t wait to return for a repeat stay!

Nice hotel in a prime location. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was warm when we were there and we couldn't turn on the AC due to regulations. We will return to this hotel but only during the cooler months.

The air conditioning was not on. We were asked to sleep with an open window as it is what it is. The hotel shut down air conditioner. I opened the window and the noise from restaurants below was unbearable to sleep. We could not sleep through the night, the room was so hot. I was disappointed to pay premium for a motel condition.

Good location!

We booked this hotel as it was close to Vatican City and was a recommendation. We enjoyed the hotel. No restaurant or bar but they exist in abundance within walking distance. The one issue for us was no AC and we were facing the busy pedestrian/cafe area and had to keep window open but lights and noise were an issue. Desk staff was very helpful giving directions and scheduling a car for us.

An amazing place to stay. Rich history and beautiful interior. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff are incredibly friendly, genuinely welcoming and great at what they do. Elisabetta at the front desk is so helpful in making sure our stay was so wonderful. Monica the chef makes the best baked goods we have ever had and we have traveled the world. We would love to stay there again when we travel back. The location is so convenient to the Vatican and the streets are so filled with Roman life happening.

Excellent location to walk to the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo and even across the bridge of the river Tiber. Right next to many delicious restaurants, Gelato and pizza. McDonalds is right on the corner which makes it a great location for Uber pick up. Rooms are nice and spacious enough.

We adored our short stay! The staff was so friendly and hospitable. They allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after check-out when our flight out of Rome got delayed, which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was modern! The hotel itself had a lot of character and was close to the Vatican and tons of restaurants and shops. Grazie mille!

It is excellent as we are still here. However, the hotel front desk representative/s i dealt with were very professional and friendly. We were provided with accurate information and details of what i requested or asked for. I was also informed to adjust my hotel hired driver pickup time to have more time to go to the airport for our international flight.home. It was an excellent suggestion.
