Just completed 6 wonderful days at this hotel. What an outstanding experience.... I think the nicest place I have ever stayed in my 70 years. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. Quality food and warm greetings from Lina and the other attendants. The front desk staff was always there to provide outstanding service and advice. No question or request was too much for them. Special thanks to Emilia and Eleanor - they are wonderful people. Our room was clean and comfortable at all times. The property is set back from most busy-street noise and well-built for a nice quiet evening. It is very well located for quick access to central Rome. Just a short block to Piazza Navona. Cab service was always hailed in just 3 minutes. Plenty of great dining choices in short walking distance (they referred us to our favorite, The Agape). The doorman Viorel always had a great smile and a helping hand to greet us. The only shortcoming we had was quickly resolved by the manager, Giuseppe Marino. The hotel had referred us to a local service for a private tour. That tour company did not deliver a quality tour as they said they would. Their driver was not at all fluent in English and could not understand our requests. So our last tour of the visit was just a bad way to end our wonderful stay. The manager intervened on our behalf and quickly resolved the problem. Overall, what an outstanding experience it was!
Great service and location. Really liked the hotel
GREAT location right off Piazza Navona. Easy walking to the sights. This was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. A memory foam type that was amazing. The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was well appointed with a great hair dryer (doesn't happen that often in Europe). The only problem was the so small shower. There wasn't any room to get out of the water -- I had to turn the water off to use the soap and shampoo and then turn it back on. The breakfast was amazing with tons of hot and cold options. We would definitely stay again!
This hotel is something we will remember. Superb location with excellent and helpful staff. The rooms are beautiful and the roof top bar offers great comatosos with unique views of Rome. It is perfectly located from most key attractions, bars and restaurants.
The Rom os Very un confortable; Un general de staff is Very Good; the food Also is ok; Y could not sleep because the room had a problem with the heater. And I Need yo call and the y jus disconet the air; besides the door key never Work.
Well located! Within easy walking distance of many of Rome's attractions.
This is a nice hotel in a great area! Perfect for a few nights but it was a bit noisy at night as they collected trash from all of the nearby restaurants. The rooms were small but well apportioned.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful public areas. Superb accommodations.
You will hard-pressed to find such a charming hotel, perfect location, an incredibly attentive staff in any other hotel. The location is ideal for discovering the most charming neighborhoods of Rome--hidden alleyways, secret piazzas, and tucked-away churches are at your fingertips. The rooftop view is stunning, and the breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. The staff is professional, warm, and attentive. Rita is absolutely phenomenal, one of the best managers/concierges that I have encountered in my extensive travels throughout Europe. When in Rome, your choice is simple--Hotel Raphaël is a MUST!
Beautifully appointed modern room incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was amazingly good. Rooftop terrace delightful for an afternoon drink and to relax. Sarah and Carlotta were incredibly knowledgable and helpful with plans. Will return. Perfect!!
