lovely garden once inside, owner couldn't have been more accommodating. clean and comfy bed close to great park and walking distance to all attractions (we walked to all) shopping all around and train station central just 1 km away

Service is excellent and extra friendly. Breakfast really Italian (juice, coffee and sweet bread). The only thing to add is I thought it was a hotel, but is kind of an AirBnb. Just to notice that.

Clean, comfortable and convenient.

The building is a short walk from a Metro station. There are several restaurants nearby, as well. The room was not big, but big enough for us. It was clean and comfortable. We parked on the street the first night for €11. A free space opened the next morning so we moved our car into it and let it sit for the final 2 nights.

I did not get a chance to stay at this hotel. When I arrived with my friend, the host was unavailable and made us wait at the property for over 30 minutes. I informed the host the time we would arrive so I’m unsure as to why we waited so long for him to come to the property. Then, he informed us that the room had a broken toilet and he took it upon himself to find us another room. When he showed my friend and I the other room that was found, it was not to the standard of the room I paid for. The towels were stained, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the bed did not look clean. I told the host I was dissatisfied with the room and he informed me that this was all he could do for the evening. So we had to stay in a sub-par room when I already paid for a 4-star hotel experience.

Host of the property Ion absolutely fantastic told us how to get to all places would want to go and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Lovely room only thing was a little bit noise in the mornings from the streets it by no means noisy

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, we got in later than expected and there was someone there waiting for us. The room was clean, and spacious enough that the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children) didn’t feel too cramped. The location was great. Right near the train station, 15 minutes from the Colosseum and only a short Uber ride to other noteable areas. Breakfast was served down the street at the bar and was great as well.

Hotel was ok. Just really a place to lay our heads after a long day of travel. Hotel did not commicate earlier that we needed to let them know when will would be arriving so that they could meet us at the location to let us in. We waited for 30 minutes outside a apartment complex in a questionable neighborhood hoping we were at the correct location. Otherwise room was fine and comfortable. Hotel attendants were helpful and available through an app during our stay. But looking back not we would not stay do the the location. As a young American couple we felt very unsafe navigating through the local streets

Love it!!!!

Very impressed at that area ,so much spray painted on the walls and I feel so sad for neighbors hood. Everything good .service was good very nice yong lady and very friendly helpful. Room very clean bed comfortable bathroom very nice and have lift too very convenient. My family like to stay there again if we have a chance to go back.

Pretty convenient location

The host was very nice and welcomed us when we did late night check-in, no problem at all. Offered to drive us to airport the next morning for a fair charge. The area around the train station is always a little bit messy (we expected that) . However, we did feel safe around the neighborhood. This is a very good location especially if you arrive by train and probably very close to all major attractions for the ancient Roman sites. Thank you!

Good Location to Roma Termini Station

Nice owner... room is fairly clean and very good location to the Roma Termini station. ONLY issue is the room is fairly small, even for 2 people, compared to hotel rooms in the U.S. Standard rooms in the U.S. is slightly more than double the size of the room we stayed in, which is quite disappointing.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la chambre d’hôtel de Dorine. Elle était simple mais très propre et fonctionnelle. A deux pas du métro, parfaite pour visiter Rome. Dorine a été incroyablement gentille, à l’écoute et au petit soin avec nous. Nous recommandons vivement son établissement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Good apartment in Termini area

Perfect for two kids and two parents, with two bedrooms with bathrooms. No great view from windows, but great area, if you like the Termini area. We find it to be great and central, with a great mix of people, as it can be expected close to a central station. Graffiti and poor people, mixed with hip high-society and the roman pulse of the busy city. We ourselves lived close to central station in Copenhagen, Denmark for 8 years from 2001 to 2009, and loved it. It is about the same mix of people, with a roman touch. Traffic and people around the clock, but the apartment itself is quite mute, even if you can sense sirens and trains - but only charming city pulse in our mind, not too loud. Fair size combined kitchen and living room, suitable as base for eating out or simple cooking at home. Apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms quite new and good. Be aware that this is more like "bed and breakfast" than hotel. But very great people and instant answer on the chat. We arranged for pickup in the airport and also back to airport on return-date. Fair price and good service, by the nice people. For breakfast, roman style coffee and pastry at Espresso 32, just two minutes from apartment - again great service and very nice people. We loved it. We could definitely stay the same place, next time in Rome.

Facile da raggiungere e buona posizione. Host gentilissima così come il titolare del bar dove si fa colazione. Benvenuto con prosecco e acqua, biancheria in abbondanza. Condizioni della stanza assolutamente migliorabili: parquet con rigonfiamenti, carta da parati con qualche strappo, copriletto macchiato, vaschetta dello scarico che perdeva, supporto doccia rotto. Bisogna lavorarci su…gentilezza e benvenuto ok ma la struttura deve essere manutenuta… Ci tornerei? No, troverei alternative…
