I stayed for one night and hotel was very convenient location from airport (hardly 5 minutes drive). The staff was exceptional helpful. A big thumbs up to Alex for staying late at the hotel to hand me the room keys (because my flight got delayed) he was very helpful and nice person. Thank you Alex.

The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. We had an apartment, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, extremely clean. It’s 7 minutes from the airport, and an Uber/taxi will charge 20 euros. It was a good choice

Kind service, my flight was delayed and Stefano graciously waited for my arrival despite it being after midnight. Amenities are as good and well maintained, recommended for layovers / short stays
Picture and the room is not the same. SMALL SHOWER! Bed was old and low. A/C didn't work!
Checking in was a slow but simple enough process. The room is nothing special. There were few outlets in which to plug things in (we had to move a small desk in our room to find one). The showerhead in our shower would not stay up (the type that moves up and down the pole). Because of this, showering was a little frustrating. There was also a little bit of mold in the shower door. The hallways and rooms have several fragranced jars and plug ins making the smell almost unbearable if you’re sensitive to smells like that. The properly itself it just off the main road so it’s quite easy to walk to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, etc. Lastly, if you use their shuttle driver, be prepared to pay more than what Orbitz says. At the time of this review, it says the shuttle is €20. The driver tried to charge us €30 for the 10 minute ride. The driver also showed up in his private car that was full of his own things so we had to cram our luggage in the front seat and the middle between us in the back. Thank goodness it was just the two of us. He was friendly, but if we’d known it was going to be such an inconvenience for him, we would have called a cab or used a ride share app which also would have been much cheaper. There are many hotels in the area. I highly recommend reading reviews for others in the area before booking here.

Sad little room, but very clean. Lousy neighborhood. $60/night is more like it. The night check in guy was really nice and got me an early cab for a 6:15AM flight.
No parking for any cars in hotel. Regular hotel , experienced no problems. Free breakfast great. Didn’t care for young girl day reception cold rude attitude. Clean hotel in and out. Close to airport. This hotel is 100 percent better than Cristallo Relais in Tivoli where I stayed for 6 days of hell and I’m asking for a refund. Cristallo hotel refused to clean my room. I had no toilet paper. Dirty sheets and towels as garbage all over. Owner didn’t refuse to take my master card payment. So I transferred to Rome House hotel what a difference. Modern and new .beautiful.
I loved it, the only thing I wish there was a bar or a way to get hot water so I could make a tea or coffee if need it.
Nice hotel. Small rooms, staff does not speak English. Good breakfast. 20 minutes walk from fumiaccino.They will not change money for you and the nearest exchange facility is the airport. check in time, although stated to be 11:30 on orbitz, their actual check in time is 2:30.
only problem was a design defect. the elevator is outside & is not protected against the rain in the spot where you push the call button & get in. So the choice is walking down the stairs when raining or going outside to the elevator while balancing your umbrella in one hand & the luggage in the other. They need to build a canape or erect a tent since it rains there a lot. I tried the latter but still got wet.

Dear sirs we have many kind of room standard and suite if you have choose a standard room is different from a suite. About air conditioning! Do you understand that we are in November????!!!!! Rain and 15 degrees!!!!

Dear Madam out have booked one taxi and not our shuttle service!! We have our service available 16 hours per day and our prices are 20,00 euro during day light but if you ask one service early morning or in the night the price could change in 30,00 . Your room was a large comfortable suite with large shower. You have to lock the system of the shower. No mold in the bathroom, we have checked it. Our price and our rating are the cheaper for quality/ rate in this area with 18.000 guests satisfied every year!
